【摘要】：利用浙江省608個(gè)生豬養(yǎng)殖戶的實(shí)地調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),分別對(duì)養(yǎng)殖戶當(dāng)前的廢棄物處理采納行為及其影響因素和實(shí)施環(huán)境補(bǔ)貼對(duì)養(yǎng)殖戶廢棄物處理行為意愿的改變及其影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究表明:實(shí)施環(huán)境補(bǔ)貼對(duì)養(yǎng)殖戶廢棄物處理行為改變意愿具有很大的影響,養(yǎng)殖戶將比當(dāng)前更傾向于采納能夠充分實(shí)現(xiàn)資源化利用的行為來(lái)處理廢棄物。在確保養(yǎng)豬規(guī)模、廢棄物處理凈收益預(yù)期、廢棄物減量方法認(rèn)知、廢棄物處理培訓(xùn)意愿、禁限養(yǎng)政策認(rèn)知、豬舍最近河流距離等諸多因素可控的前提下,實(shí)施環(huán)境補(bǔ)貼是有效的,能夠激勵(lì)養(yǎng)殖戶改變既有的相對(duì)不合理、低效益的廢棄物處理行為,因此應(yīng)側(cè)重于對(duì)涉及沼氣技術(shù)和堆肥技術(shù)等的資源化利用程度較高的廢棄物處理采納行為實(shí)施環(huán)境補(bǔ)貼。
[Abstract]:Using the field survey data of 608 pig farmers in Zhejiang Province, This paper makes an empirical analysis of the current waste disposal adoption behavior and its influencing factors of farmers and the change of their willingness to treat waste by implementing environmental subsidies and their influencing factors. The results show that: implementing environmental compensation. Paste has a great influence on farmers' willingness to change their waste disposal behavior. Farmers will be more inclined than at present to adopt behaviors that can fully realize the utilization of resources to dispose of waste. In order to ensure the size of pigs, the expectation of net income from waste disposal, the knowledge of waste reduction methods, the willingness of waste disposal training, Under the premise of controllable factors, such as the policy cognition of banning livestock, the nearest river distance and so on, it is effective to implement environmental subsidy, which can encourage farmers to change their existing relatively unreasonable and low-benefit waste disposal behavior. Therefore, environmental subsidies should be applied to waste disposal and adoption behaviors involving biogas technology and composting technology.
