宜君縣低碳農(nóng)業(yè)模式的效益分析及推廣對策研究

【摘要】:堅持協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的理念,必須加快農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的進程,因此,以低能耗、低排放、低污染為特征的低碳農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式就成為了目前人類應對全球氣候變化,減緩溫室氣體排放的根本出路。本文綜述了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中應運而生的生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)、循環(huán)農(nóng)業(yè),以及在此基礎上發(fā)展出的低碳農(nóng)業(yè)。本研究以宜君縣太安鎮(zhèn)大葉低碳生態(tài)核桃專業(yè)合作社基地為研究對象,通過對該基地核桃-散養(yǎng)鵝、核桃-蜜源植物-中蜂及核桃-豬-沼氣三種低碳農(nóng)業(yè)模式進行理論分析、經(jīng)濟效益分析及農(nóng)民的認知程度調(diào)查分析,找出適應宜君縣低碳農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的模式,并加以推廣利用。調(diào)查分析結(jié)果表明:核桃-散養(yǎng)鵝模式較傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)模式相比,投入成本下降了28.69%、產(chǎn)出效益下降了10.52%、純利潤增加了15.84%,可見,該模式下純利潤的增加主要是由于投入成本的降低引起的;與傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)模式相比,核桃-蜜源植物-中蜂模式投入成本增加了2.15%、產(chǎn)出效益增加了17.78%、純利潤增加了40.46%,可見,該模式純利潤的增加是由于產(chǎn)出效益增加引起的;核桃-豬-沼氣模式較傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)模式相比,投入成本下降了3.98%、產(chǎn)出效益增加了34.20%、純利潤增加了89.60%,可見,該模式通過減少投入增加產(chǎn)出最終導致純利潤的大幅增加。三種模式在宜君縣均能增加農(nóng)民的收益,“核桃-豬-沼氣”模式經(jīng)濟效益最高,各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)應因地制宜的選擇最適宜的模式推廣應用。通過對宜君縣太安鎮(zhèn)19個自然村9414位村民對于低碳農(nóng)業(yè)推廣態(tài)度的調(diào)查分析,贊成人數(shù)為7418人,占調(diào)查總?cè)藬?shù)的75.9%,不贊成人數(shù)為649人,占調(diào)查總?cè)藬?shù)7%,無所謂人數(shù)為1617人,占調(diào)查總?cè)藬?shù)的17%?梢,在宜君縣已經(jīng)具備大力推廣和發(fā)展低碳農(nóng)業(yè)的群眾基礎。但近年來在宜君縣推廣低碳農(nóng)業(yè)的過程中仍存在科技支撐不夠,政策扶持力度弱,財政支持少等問題,今后,可通過引進新的技術(shù)、加強政策引導宣傳、擴大資金來源等措施加以解決。本調(diào)查分析研究為宜君縣從傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)模式向低碳農(nóng)業(yè)模式的轉(zhuǎn)型提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:To adhere to the concept of coordinated development, we must speed up the process of agricultural modernization. Therefore, the low-carbon agricultural development model, characterized by low energy consumption, low emissions and low pollution, has become the current human response to global climate change. This paper summarizes the ecological agriculture, circular agriculture, which has emerged as the times require in the development of modern agriculture. Based on this, the study took the large leaf and low carbon ecological walnut cooperative base in Taian town, Yijun county as the research object, and studied the walnut and foie in this base. Three low carbon agriculture models, walnut, honey plant, bee and walnut, pig and biogas, were analyzed theoretically, economic benefits and farmers' cognition were investigated and analyzed, and the model to adapt to the development of low carbon agriculture in Yijun County was found out. The results of investigation and analysis show that compared with the traditional agricultural model, the cost of the walnut and the gooses in bulk decreased by 28.69, the output benefit decreased by 10.52, and the net profit increased by 15.84 percent. The increase of net profit under this model is mainly caused by the decrease of input cost. Compared with the traditional agricultural model, the input cost of walnut, honey plant-bee model has increased 2.15%, the output benefit has increased 17.78%, and the net profit has increased 40.46%. The increase of net profit of this model is caused by the increase of output benefit, compared with the traditional agricultural model, the input cost of walnut-pig-biogas model has decreased by 3.98, the output benefit has increased by 34.20, and the net profit has increased by 89.60. The three models can increase farmers' income in Yijun County, and the "walnut-pig-biogas" model has the highest economic benefit. Each township should choose the most suitable mode for popularizing and applying according to local conditions. Through the investigation and analysis of 9414 villagers in 19 natural villages in Taian Town, Yijun County, the number of people who agree with the idea of promoting low-carbon agriculture is 7418. 75.9 percent of the total number of people surveyed, 649 against the number of people, 7 percent of the total number of people surveyed, no matter the number of 1617, 17 percent of the total number of people surveyed. In Yijun County, there is already a mass base for vigorously promoting and developing low-carbon agriculture. However, in recent years, in the process of promoting low-carbon agriculture in Yijun County, there are still problems such as insufficient scientific and technological support, weak policy support, and less financial support. In the future, It can be solved by introducing new technology, strengthening policy guidance and propaganda, expanding the source of funds, etc. This investigation and analysis provides a reference basis for the transformation from traditional agricultural model to low-carbon agricultural model in Yijun County.
