【摘要】：在總結(jié)農(nóng)業(yè)部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)歷程、建設(shè)布局、建設(shè)投資、管理運(yùn)行和建設(shè)成效的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了新時期對農(nóng)業(yè)部重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室建設(shè)的新要求。在"十三五"規(guī)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了鞏固已有基礎(chǔ)、調(diào)整優(yōu)化布局、加強(qiáng)投資建設(shè)、提高資源共享、集中優(yōu)勢資源、進(jìn)行協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、完善評估考核、強(qiáng)調(diào)管理監(jiān)督等基本策略。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summing up the construction course, layout, investment, management and effect of key laboratory construction of the Ministry of Agriculture, this paper analyzes the new requirements for the construction of key laboratories in the Ministry of Agriculture in the new period. On the basis of the 13th Five-Year Plan, Some basic strategies, such as consolidating the existing foundation, adjusting and optimizing the layout, strengthening the investment construction, improving the sharing of resources, concentrating the superior resources, carrying out collaborative innovation, perfecting the evaluation and examination, and emphasizing the management and supervision, are put forward.
