【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)機械化是實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的重要途徑,也是現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要基礎。農(nóng)業(yè)機械是一種現(xiàn)代化的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)手段,代表著農(nóng)業(yè)先進的生產(chǎn)力,對現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的建設和發(fā)展起著助力性、基礎性、承載性等不可替代的重要地位和作用。土地分散、使經(jīng)營規(guī)模小制約著農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展,必須使土地流轉(zhuǎn)加快才能促進農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的發(fā)展;而農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展水平低則難以實現(xiàn)規(guī)模經(jīng)營土地,直接影響著土地流轉(zhuǎn)進程。探討土地流轉(zhuǎn)與農(nóng)業(yè)機械化之間關(guān)系,促進二者協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,充分發(fā)揮土地流轉(zhuǎn)和農(nóng)業(yè)機械化在農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進程中的重要作用。本文依據(jù)我國農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)階段要求,對我國土地經(jīng)營狀況和農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題以及影響因素進行分析,并從農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科學技術(shù)發(fā)展及科學管理的角度,探討土地流轉(zhuǎn)與農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展的相互關(guān)系。首先分析了我國土地經(jīng)營狀況,通過對我國土地流轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)展狀況、土地流轉(zhuǎn)的概念、意義和土地流轉(zhuǎn)模式進行分析,為探討土地流轉(zhuǎn)和農(nóng)業(yè)機械化關(guān)系打下基礎。其次分析了我國農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展狀況,通過對我國農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展的特點、取得的成績與存在的問題進行分析,找出影響農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展的有利因素和制約因素,并總結(jié)出現(xiàn)階段我國土地因素對農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的進一步提高有直接影響。最后結(jié)合我國土地經(jīng)營狀況,在我國農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展過程中存在的問題和農(nóng)業(yè)機械化發(fā)展的主要影響因素分析的基礎上,探討了農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)與農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的發(fā)展的密切關(guān)系。加快土地流轉(zhuǎn),實現(xiàn)土地規(guī)模化經(jīng)營,可以有效地促進農(nóng)業(yè)機械化的發(fā)展;農(nóng)業(yè)機械的發(fā)展可以為土地流轉(zhuǎn)創(chuàng)造條件,支撐土地流轉(zhuǎn),加快土地流轉(zhuǎn)的進程。
[Abstract]:Agricultural mechanization is not only an important way to realize agricultural modernization, but also an important basis for the development of modern agriculture. Agricultural machinery is a modern means of agricultural production, representing the advanced productive forces of agriculture. It plays an irreplaceable and important role in the construction and development of modern agriculture. In order to promote the development of agricultural mechanization, the development of agricultural mechanization must be accelerated, and the low level of agricultural mechanization is difficult to realize the large-scale management of land, which directly affects the process of land circulation. The relationship between land circulation and agricultural mechanization is discussed. To promote the coordinated development of the two, to give full play to the important role of land circulation and agricultural mechanization in the process of agricultural modernization. The existing problems and influencing factors are analyzed, and from the perspective of sustainable agricultural development and modern agricultural science and technology development and scientific management, This paper probes into the relationship between land circulation and agricultural mechanization development. Firstly, the paper analyzes the land management situation in China, and analyzes the development of land circulation, the concept, significance and mode of land circulation in China. In order to discuss the relationship between land circulation and agricultural mechanization, the paper analyzes the development situation of agricultural mechanization in China, and analyzes the achievements and problems of the development of agricultural mechanization in our country through the analysis of the characteristics of the development of agricultural mechanization in China. This paper finds out the favorable and restrictive factors that affect the development of agricultural mechanization, and concludes that the land factors in the emergence stage have a direct influence on the further improvement of agricultural mechanization. Finally, combined with the land management situation in China, Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the development of agricultural mechanization in China and the main factors affecting the development of agricultural mechanization, the close relationship between the rural land circulation and the development of agricultural mechanization is discussed. The realization of large-scale management of land can effectively promote the development of agricultural mechanization, and the development of agricultural machinery can create conditions for land circulation, support land circulation and speed up the process of land transfer.
