【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)體系是促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)化的重要平臺(tái)。鑒于此,本文通過(guò)對(duì)美國(guó)、日本、韓國(guó)3個(gè)國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)體系運(yùn)作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié),比較其相同之處和差異之處。在比較的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了中國(guó)當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)體系的現(xiàn)狀,并在借鑒上述國(guó)家經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了完善中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)服務(wù)體系的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The service system of agricultural intellectual property is an important platform to promote the transformation of agricultural intellectual property. In view of this, this paper summarizes the operating experience of agricultural intellectual property service system in three countries, the United States, Japan and South Korea. On the basis of comparison, this paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural intellectual property service system in China, and draws lessons from the experiences of the above countries. Some suggestions are put forward to perfect China's agricultural intellectual property service system.
