【摘要】：為了充分發(fā)揮設備性能并保持設備運行穩(wěn)定,企業(yè)經營者不斷探索先進的設備管理方法。TPM管理對于企業(yè)的設備管理而言,無疑是一種優(yōu)先考慮的國際上較為先進的管理方法。本文結合某公司推行TPM全過程及國內外企業(yè)實施TPM的先進經驗,運用TPM的相關理論,從設備管理問題入手,著重對TPM中的設備維護保養(yǎng)、5S現場管理、設備點巡檢體系的建立及完善、設備故障率及OEE等方面研究。通過設備運行數據的分析,研究TPM對設備性能的影響。分析結果表明,企業(yè)運用TPM管理后,設備故障發(fā)生率、維修費用、故障停機時間等都有了明顯的改善,設備性能也有了較大幅度的提升。通過運用TPM,摸索出適用于企業(yè)的最佳設備管理方法,將設備性能達到最優(yōu)化,降低故障率,提高企業(yè)的核心競爭力,增加企業(yè)的經濟效益。
[Abstract]:In order to give full play to the equipment performance and keep the equipment running stably, the business operators constantly explore the advanced equipment management method. TPM management is for the equipment management of the enterprise. Undoubtedly, it is one of the most advanced management methods in the world. This paper combines the advanced experience of a company to implement TPM and the domestic and foreign enterprises to implement TPM, and applies the theory of TPM to start with the problems of equipment management. This paper focuses on the site management of equipment maintenance 5S in TPM, the establishment and improvement of equipment point inspection system, the failure rate of equipment and OEE, etc. Through the analysis of equipment operation data, the influence of TPM on equipment performance is studied. The results show that, After the use of TPM management, the equipment failure rate, maintenance cost, downtime and so on have been obviously improved, and the equipment performance has been greatly improved. Through the use of TPM, the best equipment management method for the enterprise has been found out. The performance of the equipment is optimized, the failure rate is reduced, the core competitiveness of the enterprise is improved, and the economic benefit of the enterprise is increased.
