【摘要】：科技創(chuàng)新是推動現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展必不可少的動力,現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技的發(fā)展離不開金融的支持,依托區(qū)域金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技可以提升農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展水平,研究農(nóng)業(yè)科技金融是科技與金融結(jié)合向細(xì)分產(chǎn)業(yè)、縱深研究的必然結(jié)果。湖南是傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)業(yè)大省,擁有實力雄厚的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技龍頭企業(yè),但是依然普遍存在農(nóng)業(yè)科技企業(yè)直接融資比例低、金融機構(gòu)對金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新不足、農(nóng)業(yè)科技保險缺失等問題。因此,針對湖南省現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展實際,從金融支持農(nóng)業(yè)科技研發(fā)的角度入手,研究如何更好地發(fā)揮區(qū)域金融的力量來保障湖南現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技的發(fā)展,具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義和理論意義。本文共由六個部分組成：第一部分是緒論,主要闡述了選題背景、意義、研究內(nèi)容與思路,總結(jié)了國內(nèi)外在農(nóng)業(yè)科技金融領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分闡述了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技與區(qū)域金融的相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ),分析了區(qū)域金融支持現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技的動因、模式、利益與風(fēng)險。第三部分闡述了湖南現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展與金融供給的現(xiàn)狀與存在的問題,通過實證研究分析湖南農(nóng)業(yè)類上市公司融資結(jié)構(gòu)對其研發(fā)投入的影響。第四部分是對國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技發(fā)展中金融支持的成功經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行分析。第五部分是在前文分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對促進(jìn)湖南現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提出金融支持的政策,包括構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技政策與金融政策的協(xié)調(diào)機制、鼓勵與特色現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技和科技園區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)項目結(jié)合的金融產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、營造良好的現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)科技金融生態(tài)環(huán)境、加強人才培養(yǎng)等。第六部分,得出研究結(jié)論,指出研究不足。
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological innovation is an indispensable driving force to promote the development of modern agriculture. The development of modern agricultural science and technology can not be separated from the support of finance. Relying on regional finance to develop modern agricultural science and technology can enhance the level of agricultural development. The study of agricultural science and technology and finance is the inevitable result of the combination of science and finance into subdivision industries and in-depth research. Hunan is a large traditional agricultural province with powerful modern agricultural science and technology leading enterprises. However, there are still many problems such as low proportion of direct financing for agricultural science and technology enterprises, insufficient innovation of financial products by financial institutions, lack of agricultural science and technology insurance, etc. Therefore, in view of the reality of modern agricultural development in Hunan Province, From the perspective of financial support for agricultural scientific and technological research and development, this paper studies how to better exert the strength of regional finance to ensure the development of modern agricultural science and technology in Hunan. This paper is composed of six parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly describes the background, significance, research content and ideas. In the second part, the related concepts and theoretical basis of modern agricultural science and technology and regional finance are expounded, and the motivation and mode of regional finance supporting modern agricultural science and technology are analyzed. The third part expounds the present situation and existing problems of the development of modern agricultural science and technology and financial supply in Hunan. Through the empirical study, this paper analyzes the influence of the financing structure of Hunan agricultural listed companies on their R & D investment. Part 4th is an analysis of the successful experience of financial support in the development of modern agricultural science and technology at home and abroad. Part 5th is the former part. Based on the analysis, In order to promote the sustainable development of modern agricultural science and technology in Hunan, the paper puts forward the policy of financial support, including the construction of coordination mechanism between modern agricultural science and technology policy and financial policy, This paper encourages the innovation of financial products combined with characteristic modern agricultural science and technology and agricultural projects in science and technology park, builds a good ecological environment of modern agricultural science, technology and finance, and strengthens the cultivation of talents, etc. Part 6th, draws the conclusion of the research and points out that the research is insufficient.
