【摘要】：金槍魚是大洋暖水性洄游魚類,主要分布在太平洋、大西洋、印度洋的熱帶、亞熱帶海區(qū),具有較高的營養(yǎng)和經(jīng)濟價值。我國金槍魚漁業(yè)起步較晚,取得較快的發(fā)展,但金槍魚產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平及市場發(fā)育程度與日本、歐洲、美國、韓國、臺灣等國家和地區(qū)相比仍存在較大差距,世界金槍魚的市場仍然主要集中在日本、歐洲和美國等少數(shù)發(fā)達國家。 市場在國際漁業(yè)發(fā)展和競爭格局中越來越凸顯出其重要的地位和作用,國際漁業(yè)的競爭在很大程度上取決于各漁業(yè)博奕方市場地位和力量的對比。近年來我國金槍魚市場發(fā)展取得了一定的成效,但是在國際漁業(yè)競爭格局中,金槍魚漁業(yè)的發(fā)展還在很大程度上受到市場瓶頸的制約。 隨著金槍魚資源管理國際化進程的加快,金槍魚資源開發(fā)與生態(tài)環(huán)境保護之間的矛盾日益突出。各漁業(yè)國家加強了對專屬經(jīng)濟海區(qū)漁業(yè)資源的保護力度,相關(guān)國際漁業(yè)組織也加強了對公海漁業(yè)資源的保護和管理。在國家大海洋戰(zhàn)略的政策支持下,如何持續(xù)穩(wěn)定地發(fā)展金槍魚漁業(yè),全面提升國際競爭力,促進漁業(yè)經(jīng)濟的新增長,已經(jīng)成為我國金槍魚漁業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的重要課題；而金槍魚企業(yè)面對資源、運營成本、市場、配額、許可證、人才等諸多問題,應(yīng)如何應(yīng)對并調(diào)整發(fā)展策略,也是值得深入思考和研究的問題。 本文以聯(lián)成遠洋為實際案例,利用波特的五力競爭模型對中國金槍魚企業(yè)的國際競爭力進行分析,并采用SWOT分析方法對聯(lián)成遠洋的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機會、威脅深入剖析,總結(jié)了聯(lián)成遠洋在面對金槍魚資源管理、主要市場不同發(fā)展形勢下制定的發(fā)展策略并提出了有建設(shè)性的發(fā)展策略建議,突破了大多數(shù)金槍魚企業(yè)仍停留在以捕撈和原料銷售為主的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈前端的發(fā)展瓶頸,在新形勢下為金槍魚企業(yè)深層次發(fā)展提供了全方位解決方案及發(fā)展策略參考。
[Abstract]:Tuna is a warm migratory fish in the ocean, mainly distributed in the Pacific, Atlantic, Indian Ocean tropics, subtropical areas, with high nutritional and economic value. However, compared with Japan, Europe, the United States, South Korea, Taiwan and other countries and regions, there is still a big gap in the development level and market development of tuna industry. The world tuna market is still mainly concentrated in Japan. Europe and the United States and a few developed countries. The market has become increasingly prominent in the development and competition of international fisheries. The competition of international fishery depends to a great extent on the comparison of market position and power of different fishery game players. In recent years, the development of tuna market in China has made some achievements, but in the pattern of international fishery competition, The development of tuna fisheries is also largely constrained by market bottlenecks. With the acceleration of the internationalization process of tuna resource management, the contradiction between tuna resource exploitation and ecological environment protection has become increasingly prominent. Fishery countries have strengthened the protection of fishery resources in the exclusive economic area. Relevant international fisheries organizations have also strengthened the protection and management of fishery resources on the high seas. With the policy support of the national strategy on large seas, how to develop tuna fisheries in a sustainable and stable manner, enhance overall international competitiveness and promote new economic growth in fisheries, It has become an important subject in the development of tuna fishery in China, and tuna enterprises should deal with and adjust their development strategies in the face of resources, operating costs, markets, quotas, permits, talents, and so on. It is also a question worthy of further consideration and study. Taking Liancheng Ocean as an actual case, this paper analyzes the international competitiveness of Chinese tuna enterprises by using Porter's five-force competition model, and analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Liancheng Ocean by using SWOT analysis method. This paper summarizes the development strategies of Liancheng Ocean in the face of tuna resource management and different development situations in the main markets, and puts forward constructive development strategy suggestions. It breaks through the bottleneck of most tuna enterprises remaining in the front end of the industry chain which is mainly fishing and raw material sales and provides a comprehensive solution and development strategy reference for tuna enterprises in the new situation.
