【摘要】：科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力。伴著農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)的不斷創(chuàng)新以及科學(xué)技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn),農(nóng)業(yè)科學(xué)技術(shù)教育在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)加工中的地位越來越凸顯,在現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展過程中農(nóng)業(yè)科技教育和培訓(xùn)一直都扮演著非常重要的角色。但是,從農(nóng)業(yè)科技教育的現(xiàn)狀可以看出,它本身還存在許多不容忽視的問題。如從事農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的勞動力數(shù)量和質(zhì)量下降、傳統(tǒng)的培訓(xùn)方式受到嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)、對農(nóng)村調(diào)查研究有待加深、教育培訓(xùn)體系不夠健全、農(nóng)業(yè)科技教育缺少資金投入、農(nóng)業(yè)科技教育硬件設(shè)施落后、農(nóng)業(yè)科技教育培訓(xùn)整體連續(xù)性不強等。針對這些問題,本論文提出了相應(yīng)的應(yīng)對措施,具體包括加強農(nóng)業(yè)科技教育的主導(dǎo)作用、建立健全農(nóng)業(yè)科技教育培訓(xùn)的規(guī)劃和制度、建立農(nóng)業(yè)科技教育培訓(xùn)體系、開發(fā)更多的農(nóng)業(yè)科技教育培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、創(chuàng)新農(nóng)業(yè)科技教育培訓(xùn)的形式、培養(yǎng)素質(zhì)過硬的教育培訓(xùn)隊伍等。本論文的研究目標(biāo)是希望通過對農(nóng)業(yè)科技教育現(xiàn)狀及問題的研究,真正解決目前阻礙農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展的問題,以幫助農(nóng)民真正意識到農(nóng)業(yè)科技教育的重要性。
[Abstract]:Science and technology is the first productive force. With the continuous innovation of agricultural technology and the rapid development of science and technology, the status of agricultural science and technology education in agricultural production and processing is more and more prominent. Agricultural science and technology education and training have always played a very important role in the rapid development of modern agriculture. However, it can be seen from the current situation of agricultural science and technology education, It also has many problems which can not be ignored, such as the decline in the quantity and quality of the labor force engaged in agricultural production, the severe challenge to the traditional training methods, the need to deepen the investigation and research in rural areas, and the inadequacy of the education and training system. The agricultural science and technology education lacks the fund investment, the agricultural science and technology education hardware facility is backward, the agricultural science and technology education training overall continuity is not strong and so on. Specifically, it includes strengthening the leading role of agricultural science and technology education, establishing and perfecting the planning and system for agricultural science and technology education and training, establishing an agricultural science and technology education and training system, and developing more contents of agricultural science and technology education and training. The aim of this paper is to solve the problems that hinder the development of agricultural production by studying the present situation and problems of agricultural science and technology education. In order to help farmers really realize the importance of agricultural science and technology education.
