【摘要】：我國最近30多年來共減少6.6億貧困人口,是世界奇跡、人類壯舉。但是,貧困狀況依然嚴峻,還有約7000萬人生活在貧困之中,到2020年要全面建成小康社會,每年要減貧1200萬人,每個月要減貧100萬人,形勢逼人,任務艱巨。習近平總書記指出,扶貧開發(fā)工作已進入啃硬骨頭、攻堅拔寨的沖刺期。實現(xiàn)精準脫貧、不落一人,需要發(fā)揮扶貧工作隊的關(guān)鍵作用,避免趕"鴨子"上架,積極引"鴨子"上架。
[Abstract]:A total of 660 million reduction in poverty in our country in recent 30 years, is a miracle in the world, human feat. However, the poverty situation is still grim, there are about 70 million people living in poverty by 2020, to build a comprehensive well-off society, poverty reduction to 12 million people each year, to 1 million poverty reduction, each month arduous task. It is pointed out that the situation is getting better and better. General Secretary Xi Jinping, poverty alleviation and development work has entered kenyinggutou crucial pulling village sprint. To achieve precise poverty, not fall, need to play a key role in poverty alleviation work team, to avoid "duck" shelves, and actively lead "duck" on the shelves.
