【摘要】：農(nóng)村耕地的有效流轉(zhuǎn),是解決我國農(nóng)村耕地細(xì)碎化以及閑置撂荒問題的有效途徑,同時也是實現(xiàn)適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營、現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的必然要求。研究影響大慶市耕地強轉(zhuǎn)出意愿度農(nóng)戶未完全轉(zhuǎn)出行為的因素,可為大慶市制定農(nóng)村耕地流轉(zhuǎn)政策提供參考。依據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)入方農(nóng)戶調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),計算出轉(zhuǎn)入耕地后的投入產(chǎn)出比,投入產(chǎn)出比大于1表明轉(zhuǎn)入耕地農(nóng)戶的投入產(chǎn)出效率高,農(nóng)戶對轉(zhuǎn)入耕地需求強烈,農(nóng)村耕地轉(zhuǎn)出存在可能性。依據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)出方農(nóng)戶調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),分別計算了大慶市農(nóng)村農(nóng)戶的耕地轉(zhuǎn)出初始值與調(diào)整值意愿度。耕地完全轉(zhuǎn)出農(nóng)戶轉(zhuǎn)出初始意愿度與調(diào)整后意愿度大于1的農(nóng)戶分別占85.71%和80%;耕地未完全轉(zhuǎn)出農(nóng)戶轉(zhuǎn)出初始意愿度與調(diào)整后意愿度大于1的農(nóng)戶分別占85.71%和78.57%,結(jié)果表明農(nóng)戶耕地轉(zhuǎn)出意愿度強。運用Logistic模型分析強轉(zhuǎn)出意愿度農(nóng)戶耕地未完全轉(zhuǎn)出行為的影響因素,結(jié)果表明耕地流轉(zhuǎn)租金對農(nóng)戶是否完全轉(zhuǎn)出耕地具有正向影響;家庭原有耕地面積以及家庭務(wù)農(nóng)人數(shù)占勞動力總數(shù)比例對農(nóng)戶是否完全轉(zhuǎn)出耕地具有負(fù)向影響。與已有對農(nóng)村耕地轉(zhuǎn)出行為影響因素的研究相比,是在測算了農(nóng)戶轉(zhuǎn)出耕地意愿度的前提下,分析其中的強轉(zhuǎn)出意愿度農(nóng)戶未完全轉(zhuǎn)出耕地行為的影響因素。由于研究方法單一,且調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)范圍有限,不能排除在樣本數(shù)據(jù)以及研究方法改變后,影響強轉(zhuǎn)出意愿度農(nóng)戶耕地未完全轉(zhuǎn)出行為的因素可能會發(fā)生變化。
[Abstract]:The effective transfer of rural land, is an effective way to solve China's rural land fragmentation and land idle problem, but also the implementation of appropriate scale of operation, inevitable requirement of the development of modern agriculture. The impact of cultivated land in Daqing city from the strong willingness of farmers to travel to the incomplete factors, can provide reference for the establishment of the Daqing municipal land transfer policy according to the survey data. The rural Party farmers, input and output is calculated to land ratio, input-output ratio greater than 1 indicates that the farmland farmers input-output efficiency is high, farmers strongly to farmland demand, rural land transfer possibility. Based on survey data of farmers cultivated land transfer, the initial rural farmers in Daqing city were calculated. The value and the adjusted value of the degree of willingness to completely out of the willingness of farmers cultivated land. The initial degree and adjusted the degree of willingness to roll out more than 1 households accounted for 85.71% And the 80% is not completely out of the willingness of farmers cultivated land; the initial degree and adjusted the degree of willingness to roll out more than 1 households accounted for 85.71% and 78.57%, the results show that farmers cultivated land will influence intensity. Using the Logistic model analysis of strong willingness of farmers' land transfer is not completely out of the behavior factors, results showed that the cultivated land rent has a positive impact on whether the farmers are completely out of the original area of cultivated land and cultivated land; family farming families accounted for the proportion of the total number of farmers labor is completely out of arable land has negative effect. Compared with the existing research on rural land transfer behavior influence factors, is estimated at the premise of the willingness of farmers cultivated land, analysis of the factors affecting the willingness to roll out strong the degree of farmers is not completely out of farmland behavior. Due to the research methodology, and research data is limited, can not be excluded in the sample data and research After the change of the method, the factors that affect the willingness of the peasant households to have no complete transfer of cultivated land may change.
