【摘要】：習(xí)近平總書記提出的精準(zhǔn)扶貧思想體系對指導(dǎo)我國實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展惠及民生,打贏扶貧攻堅戰(zhàn),全面建成小康社會具有重要的理論及和實踐意義。文章重點闡述了精準(zhǔn)扶貧之所以成為實現(xiàn)社會主義共同富裕的重要戰(zhàn)略思想的原因,并對精準(zhǔn)扶貧在實現(xiàn)農(nóng)村貧困人口脫貧中所具有的重要實踐意義進行了分析,提出了精準(zhǔn)扶貧是發(fā)展中國家消除貧困的重要里程碑的觀點。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought system of precision poverty alleviation will guide our country to achieve economic development and benefit the people's livelihood and win the battle against poverty. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to build a well-off society in an all-round way. The paper also analyzes the important practical significance of precision poverty alleviation in the realization of poverty alleviation in rural areas, and points out that precision poverty alleviation is an important milestone in poverty eradication in developing countries.
