【摘要】：我國(guó)作為農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó),農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)值不斷提升,生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)也不斷優(yōu)化,為我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步奠定了基礎(chǔ)。但是,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)生活質(zhì)量追求的不斷提高,農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的物流問題日益凸顯出來。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品種類繁多,鏈條復(fù)雜,在流通過程中品質(zhì)的波動(dòng)大,尤其是時(shí)鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的流通問題,這類產(chǎn)品需求量大,產(chǎn)地集中,物流難度高,并且與人們的日常生活密切相關(guān),所以時(shí)鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的物流一直是農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流行業(yè)的關(guān)注重點(diǎn),也自然成了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流業(yè)的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)。但是,由于我國(guó)在物流行業(yè)起步較晚,很多基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè)較為落后,網(wǎng)點(diǎn)布局不完善、不合理,這導(dǎo)致我國(guó)時(shí)鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在流通過程中損耗量巨大,造成巨大的損失。目前我國(guó)的時(shí)鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流無論是在理論方面還是在企業(yè)實(shí)踐方面都存在很多的問題,這大大影響了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流行業(yè)的整體發(fā)展。為了更好的研究我國(guó)時(shí)鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流發(fā)展問題,降低運(yùn)輸過程中的損耗,降低冷鏈物流的成本,本文以A公司作為實(shí)際研究對(duì)象,首先介紹物流方面的一些基本概念,從現(xiàn)代物流延伸到農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流,再從農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流延伸到農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的冷鏈物流,詳細(xì)地對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流的界定、研究地位、分類與特性進(jìn)行了闡述。然后通過對(duì)A公司冷鏈物流發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,找出A公司目前時(shí)鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流發(fā)展存在的問題,與此同時(shí),本文還對(duì)處于冷鏈物流發(fā)展領(lǐng)先的國(guó)家,日本和美國(guó)進(jìn)行了分析,以此借鑒其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),但是我國(guó)作為一個(gè)特色社會(huì)主義國(guó)家,有歐美等國(guó)家不具有的特殊國(guó)情,所以國(guó)外的經(jīng)驗(yàn)我國(guó)只能在一定的程度上借鑒,整個(gè)冷鏈物流的發(fā)展應(yīng)該以我國(guó)的特色國(guó)情為基礎(chǔ),找出適應(yīng)本國(guó)發(fā)展的對(duì)策。最后結(jié)合國(guó)外冷鏈物流發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)A公司存在的問題,提出相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:As a big agricultural country, China's agricultural output value has been continuously improved and its production structure has been optimized, which has laid the foundation for the development of our national economy and the progress of our society. However, with the development of economy, people's pursuit of quality of life has been continuously improved. The logistics problem in the agricultural industrial chain is becoming increasingly prominent. There are many kinds of agricultural products, the chain is complex, and the quality of agricultural products fluctuates greatly during the circulation process, especially the circulation of fresh agricultural products. Logistics is difficult and closely related to people's daily life. Therefore, the logistics of fresh agricultural products has always been the focus of attention in the agricultural product logistics industry, and naturally has become the focus of the development of the agricultural product logistics industry. Since China started late in the logistics industry, many infrastructure construction is relatively backward, the distribution of network is not perfect, unreasonable, which leads to a huge loss of fresh agricultural products in the circulation process in our country. This has caused huge losses. At present, there are many problems in the cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in China, both in theory and in the practice of enterprises. This has greatly affected the overall development of the agricultural product logistics industry. In order to better study the development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in China, reduce the losses in the transportation process, and reduce the cost of the cold chain logistics, This paper takes company A as the actual research object, first introduces some basic concepts of logistics, from modern logistics to agricultural logistics, and then from agricultural logistics to agricultural cold-chain logistics. The definition, research status, classification and characteristics of cold chain logistics of agricultural products are elaborated in detail. Then, through the analysis of the current situation of cold chain logistics of company A, the problems existing in the development of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products in company A are found out. At the same time, this paper also analyzes the countries leading the development of cold-chain logistics, Japan and the United States, in order to learn from its successful experience. However, as a socialist country with characteristics, China has a special national condition that Europe and the United States and other countries do not have. So the experience of foreign countries can only be used for reference to a certain extent. The development of the whole cold chain logistics should be based on the national conditions of our country and find out the countermeasures suitable for the development of our country. Finally, combining with the successful experience of the development of foreign cold chain logistics, Aiming at the problems of company A, the corresponding optimization countermeasures are put forward.
