【摘要】：隨著我國城市化的快速發(fā)展,我國的城市化水平得到顯著提高。人們在享受快速城市化帶來的實惠的同時,也面臨著眾多的問題:農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價格高,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)緊張,城市環(huán)境污染嚴重,城郊生態(tài)破壞,休閑娛樂設(shè)施少,精神文化需求得不到滿足。另一方面,我國的農(nóng)業(yè)存在眾多的問題,存在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售困難,農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟效益低,農(nóng)民收入水平低等問題。如何解決好城市和農(nóng)村出現(xiàn)的問題,是一個難題。城郊農(nóng)業(yè)立足于農(nóng)村,服務(wù)城市,發(fā)展城郊農(nóng)業(yè)對農(nóng)村和城市都有重要的意義。對城市而言,城郊農(nóng)業(yè)可以為城市提供大量的新鮮蔬菜、水果、肉蛋奶,滿足城市居民對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的需求,同時城郊農(nóng)業(yè)還可以保護城市生態(tài)環(huán)境,為市民提供休閑娛樂的好去處,滿足城市居民的精神文化需求。對農(nóng)村而言,城郊農(nóng)業(yè)可以有效解決農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售問題,而且通過發(fā)展多樣化城郊農(nóng)業(yè),可以實現(xiàn)多種經(jīng)營,提高農(nóng)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益,增加農(nóng)民的收入。濟南市是農(nóng)業(yè)大省和經(jīng)濟大省山東省的省會,濟南市發(fā)展城郊農(nóng)業(yè)是客觀現(xiàn)實的要求,也是城市化發(fā)展的必然要求。為了進一步研究濟南市城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展的情況,本文結(jié)合濟南市的自然條件和社會經(jīng)濟情況,在大量研究國內(nèi)外相關(guān)資料、咨詢相關(guān)專家以及實地考察的基礎(chǔ)上,運用經(jīng)濟學、管理學、農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟學等相關(guān)知識,結(jié)合相關(guān)材料,進行了深入的分析。試圖通過對濟南市城郊農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展條件、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題,并根據(jù)問題找出相應(yīng)的對策,為濟南市城郊農(nóng)業(yè)未來發(fā)展提出建議。本文共分為六部分。第一部分,緒論。這部分主要分析了濟南市城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的研究背景、目的和意義,明確城郊農(nóng)業(yè)新的功能和作用,并對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了總結(jié)。最后介紹了本文研究內(nèi)容、研究方法、技術(shù)路線、創(chuàng)新點及不足。第二部分,相關(guān)概念認識和理論基礎(chǔ)。這部分明確了濟南市城郊農(nóng)業(yè)概念,對城郊農(nóng)業(yè)、都市農(nóng)業(yè)、現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)等相關(guān)概念進行了辨析,對濟南市城郊農(nóng)業(yè)范圍進行界定。闡述和分析了城郊農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)理論,包括杜能農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)位理論和城鄉(xiāng)一體化理論等。最后,分析了我國城郊農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的三個階段歷史階段,以及當前城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的五種類型,即生產(chǎn)型、觀光型、科技型、創(chuàng)匯型和生態(tài)型。第三部分,濟南市城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題。這部分是本文的重點之一。本部分主要介紹了濟南市的總體情況,包括自然環(huán)境、地理位置、人口數(shù)量和社會經(jīng)濟等方面的情況。從有利條件和不利條件兩個方面分析了濟南市發(fā)展城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的條件。對濟南市城郊農(nóng)業(yè)不同類型進行了分析,進一步闡明了濟南城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,根據(jù)濟南市的條件和現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)出濟南市城郊農(nóng)業(yè)存在的問題。第四部分,國內(nèi)外城郊農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的先進經(jīng)驗。以歐美國家、日本、韓國及東南亞等國家和地區(qū)以及我國北京等城市為例,分析了國內(nèi)外城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的先進經(jīng)驗,獲取了關(guān)于國內(nèi)外城郊農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的寶貴經(jīng)驗。第五部分,濟南市城郊農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展建議。本部分研究了濟南城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展原則、發(fā)展的定位、發(fā)展的對策。根據(jù)濟南市發(fā)展城郊農(nóng)業(yè)的條件、現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,有針對性的提出未來發(fā)展建議。第六部分,結(jié)論�？偨Y(jié)全文,給出結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's city, China's city level has been improved. People enjoy the benefits of rapid city at the same time, also faces many problems: the price of agricultural products, agricultural products supply, city environmental pollution, ecological destruction, recreational facilities, cultural spirit can not meet the needs. On the other hand, the agriculture of our country has many problems, there are sales of agricultural products, agricultural economic benefit is low, the low level of farmers' income. How to solve the city and rural problems, is a difficult problem. Based on the rural suburban agriculture, city services, development of suburban agriculture has an important significance to the countryside and the city. The city, suburban agriculture can provide a lot of fresh vegetables, meat and milk, fruit for the city, city residents to meet the demand for agricultural products, while suburban agriculture can also In order to protect the ecological environment of the city, provide a good place for leisure and entertainment for the public, city residents meet the spiritual and cultural needs. In rural areas, suburban agriculture can effectively solve the problem of sales of agricultural products, but also through the development of suburban agriculture diversification, can achieve a variety of management, improve the economic efficiency of agriculture, increase farmers' income. Ji'nan is the capital of a major agricultural province and Shandong Province, the development of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan city is the objective requirements of the reality, but also the inevitable requirement of the development of the city. In order to further research on the development of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan's situation, combined with the Ji'nan natural conditions and social economic conditions, in a large number of relevant information at home and abroad, based on consulting relevant experts and on-the-spot investigation, the use of economics, management science, economics and other related knowledge, combined with the relevant materials, in-depth analysis. Through to the conditions of agricultural development in the suburbs of Ji'nan City, analysis of the development status, problems and find out the corresponding countermeasures according to the problems, put forward suggestions for future development of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan city. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part, introduction. This part mainly analyzes the research background of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan, the purpose of and, clearly the new suburban agricultural function and effect, and the research status at home and abroad are summarized. Finally, introduces the research contents, research methods, technical route, innovation and deficiencies. The second part, the related concept and theoretical basis. This part defines the concept of Ji'nan City suburb agriculture, suburban agriculture. Urban agriculture, modern agriculture, analyzed the ecological agriculture and other related concepts, to define the scope of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan city. The description and analysis of the related development of suburban agriculture theory, including Du Nengnong Industry location theory and urban-rural integration theory. Finally, analyzes the development of suburban agriculture in China the three stages of historical stage, and the suburban agriculture five types, namely, production, tourism, science and technology, foreign exchange and ecotype. The third part, current situation of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan and the existing problems of this. Is one of the focuses of this paper. This part mainly introduces the general situation of Ji'nan City, including the natural environment, geographical location, population and social economic aspects. From two aspects of favorable and unfavorable conditions of the development of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan city. The condition of different types of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan City are analyzed and further expounds the status quo of Ji'nan suburb agriculture, according to the conditions and status of Ji'nan City, summarizes the existing problems of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan. In the fourth part, the domestic and foreign advanced suburban agricultural development Check. To Europe and the United States, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia and other countries and regions, such as China's Beijing city as an example, analyzes the domestic and foreign advanced experience of urban agriculture, gained valuable experience on the development of suburban agriculture at home and abroad. In the fifth part, Ji'nan City suburb agriculture development suggestions. This part studies the principle of development in Ji'nan suburban agriculture, development orientation, development countermeasures. According to the development of suburban agriculture in Ji'nan City, the status quo and existing problems, puts forward suggestions for future development. The sixth part, conclusion, the conclusion is given.
