【摘要】：我國(guó)是一個(gè)以農(nóng)業(yè)為本的農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó),農(nóng)村人口數(shù)量占一半以上�！叭r(nóng)”問(wèn)題與我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步和諧密切相關(guān)。所以在現(xiàn)有的條件下,我國(guó)發(fā)展首要的就是怎么增加農(nóng)民的收入、在國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中提升我國(guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)水平,這同樣是目前我國(guó)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。特別是已經(jīng)召開(kāi)的十八大對(duì)“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題闡述很多,對(duì)農(nóng)民合作社的要求也更進(jìn)一步。故而大力發(fā)展農(nóng)民合作社,不但能夠提升目前市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下我國(guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展水平,而且可以促進(jìn)先進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)的推廣,提高農(nóng)業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,培養(yǎng)廣大農(nóng)民的民主意識(shí)和合作意識(shí),提高農(nóng)民組織化水平和收入。同時(shí)這又是推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)發(fā)展總體目標(biāo)的有效途徑,有利于我們解決“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題、推動(dòng)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)和構(gòu)建農(nóng)村和諧社會(huì)。本文的緒論部分介紹了課題的研究背景、研究目的與意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和研究?jī)?nèi)容、方法等內(nèi)容;然后介紹本研究得以開(kāi)展以及發(fā)展農(nóng)民合作社的理論依據(jù),論述發(fā)展農(nóng)民合作社的必要性;再次,研究延慶縣農(nóng)民合作社的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從介紹延慶縣農(nóng)民合作社的發(fā)展特點(diǎn)入手,深刻分析延慶縣農(nóng)民合作社發(fā)展中存在的主要問(wèn)題,剖析影響其發(fā)展的制約因素;第三,介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外其他農(nóng)民合作社開(kāi)展的較好的經(jīng)驗(yàn),以實(shí)現(xiàn)啟示延慶縣農(nóng)民合作社的發(fā)展;第四;通過(guò)對(duì)延慶縣農(nóng)民合作社遇到的問(wèn)題以及制約因素的綜合分析,從政府、合作社以及農(nóng)民三個(gè)層次,提出了科學(xué)、目的性強(qiáng)、可操作性高的發(fā)展建議;最后,對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country based on agriculture, and the rural population accounts for more than half of the population. The problems of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" are closely related to the economic development and social progress of our country. Therefore, under the existing conditions, The most important thing in our country's development is how to increase farmers' income and raise our agricultural level in international competition. This is also a realistic problem facing the construction of a new rural area in our country at present. In particular, the 18 National Congress, which has been held, has expounded a lot on the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers", and has made further demands on the peasants' co-operatives. Therefore, we have vigorously developed peasant cooperatives. It can not only enhance the level of agricultural development in our country under the current market economy conditions, but also promote the popularization of advanced agricultural technology, enhance the competitiveness of the agricultural market, and cultivate the democratic and cooperative consciousness of the broad masses of farmers. At the same time, it is an effective way to promote the construction of a new socialist countryside and to achieve the overall goal of our country's development, which is conducive to solving the "three rural" problems. The introduction of this paper introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, domestic and foreign research status, research content, methods and so on. Then it introduces the theoretical basis of the research and the development of farmers' cooperatives, and discusses the necessity of developing farmers' cooperatives. Thirdly, it studies the current situation of the development of farmers' cooperatives in Yanqing County. Starting with the introduction of the characteristics of the development of farmers' cooperatives in Yanqing County, this paper deeply analyzes the main problems existing in the development of farmers' cooperatives in Yanqing County, and analyzes the restrictive factors that affect the development of farmers' cooperatives in Yanqing County. This paper introduces the better experiences of other farmers' cooperatives at home and abroad in order to realize the development of farmers' cooperatives in Yanqing County, 4th. Through the comprehensive analysis of the problems and constraints encountered by farmers' cooperatives in Yanqing County, Three levels of cooperatives and farmers, put forward scientific, purposeful, operational development proposals; finally, the full text is summarized.
