【摘要】：本文基于2001—2013年我國水稻、小麥和玉米生產(chǎn)的面板數(shù)據(jù),采用DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)方法測算谷物全要素生產(chǎn)率,分析谷物全要素生產(chǎn)率的動態(tài)演進特點,比較水稻、小麥和玉米全要素生產(chǎn)率的區(qū)域差異。研究表明,2001年以來我國谷物全要素生產(chǎn)率呈先增后減的態(tài)勢,主要影響因素是技術(shù)變遷與經(jīng)營規(guī)模;主產(chǎn)區(qū)谷物生產(chǎn)明顯優(yōu)于平衡區(qū),主銷區(qū)則以水稻生產(chǎn)為主,規(guī)模效率偏低,科技進步顯著;水稻的全要素生產(chǎn)率較小麥和玉米相比更具有優(yōu)勢。推進科技創(chuàng)新,因地制宜實施農(nóng)業(yè)科技政策,引導適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營,培育新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營主體,優(yōu)化糧食功能分區(qū),制定差異化農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展政策是提高谷物生產(chǎn)效率,增強國家谷物供給能力的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of rice, wheat and maize production in China from 2001 to 2013, the total factor productivity (TFP) of grain was measured by DEA-Malmquist index method, and the dynamic evolution characteristics of TFP were analyzed and compared. The regional differences of total factor productivity of wheat and maize show that the total factor productivity of cereals in China has increased first and then decreased since 2001, the main influencing factors are technological changes and management scale, grain production in main producing areas is obviously superior to that in balanced areas. The main marketing areas are mainly rice production, low scale efficiency and remarkable scientific and technological progress, and the total factor productivity of rice is more advantageous than that of wheat and corn, so as to promote scientific and technological innovation and implement agricultural science and technology policies according to local conditions. It is an effective way to improve grain production efficiency and strengthen national grain supply capacity to guide moderate scale management, cultivate new agricultural management main body, optimize grain function zoning, and formulate differential agricultural development policy.
