【摘要】：微觀層面的農(nóng)民工流動與宏觀層面的城市間經(jīng)濟聯(lián)系存在關(guān)聯(lián)性,屬性與網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)相結(jié)合為分析這種關(guān)聯(lián)性提供了有力工具。運用1142名農(nóng)民工調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和198個城市官方統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)構(gòu)建的網(wǎng)絡(luò)數(shù)據(jù),分別分析了屬性因素和個體網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及城市整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)因素對農(nóng)民工流動的影響。結(jié)果顯示:年齡、文化程度、行業(yè)類型、打工年限、流出與流入地區(qū)域等個體屬性因素,以及求職幫助關(guān)系人類型、是否有公職人員等個體網(wǎng)絡(luò)因素對農(nóng)民工打工地選擇、流動距離和工資收入影響顯著。通過分析城市屬性與整體網(wǎng)絡(luò)出度入度、網(wǎng)絡(luò)相關(guān)性、無標度特征、核心—邊緣結(jié)構(gòu)和小世界特征等因素,得出了農(nóng)民工流動具有從落后地區(qū)流向發(fā)達城市,以遠距離流動為代價追求高工資,選擇務(wù)工城市具有扎堆趨勢,聚集在發(fā)達城市并非必然獲得高工資,向發(fā)達地區(qū)流動傾向于一步到位等結(jié)論。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出引導(dǎo)農(nóng)民工合理流動,降低信息費用,優(yōu)化勞動力資源配置的相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:The micro level of migrant workers flow and macro level of inter-city economic links exist relevance, The combination of attribute and network relationship structure provides a powerful tool for analyzing this kind of correlation. Using the survey data of 1142 migrant workers and the official statistics of 198 cities, the network data is constructed. The effects of attribute factors, individual network factors and urban network factors on migrant workers' mobility are analyzed respectively. The results show that: age, education level, industry type, working years, outflow and inflow area, etc. The personal network factors, such as whether there are public officials or not, have a significant impact on the choice of construction site, mobility distance and wage income of migrant workers. Through the analysis of the urban attributes and the overall network output, the network correlation. Factors such as scale-free characteristics, core-edge structure and small world characteristics show that migrant workers flow from backward areas to developed cities, pursue high wages at the cost of long-distance mobility, and choose migrant cities with a tendency to pile up. Gathering in developed cities is not necessarily to obtain high wages, and the mobility to developed areas tends to be in one step, etc. On this basis, some suggestions are put forward to guide the reasonable flow of migrant workers, reduce the cost of information, and optimize the allocation of labor resources.
