【摘要】：自2008年以來,葡萄作為特色精品水果產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目得到重點(diǎn)發(fā)展,三都縣葡萄發(fā)展可說是蒸蒸日上,州、縣政府加大力度,發(fā)展葡萄產(chǎn)業(yè)。目前,全縣葡萄種植面積達(dá)14.45萬畝,掛果規(guī)模7.2萬畝,產(chǎn)量達(dá)12.1萬噸,產(chǎn)值達(dá)5.56億元。葡萄產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為當(dāng)?shù)氐闹鲗?dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。本文基于實(shí)地調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),三都縣葡萄產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展還存在許多問題,包括政府扶持不到位,葡萄經(jīng)濟(jì)組織發(fā)展緩慢,葡萄品種單一,栽培技術(shù)水平參差不齊,缺乏科學(xué)管理,產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈脫節(jié),果農(nóng)認(rèn)識(shí)不足,農(nóng)保險(xiǎn)種少,銷售渠道沒有得到充分拓展,主要以鮮葡萄銷售,加工產(chǎn)業(yè)化程度不高。為此,本文根據(jù)三都縣葡萄發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外葡萄產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出三都葡萄產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的對(duì)策:制定扶持政策;強(qiáng)化生產(chǎn)組織化建設(shè);加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn),提高果農(nóng)綜合素質(zhì);提高產(chǎn)業(yè)化水平,增加特色水果保險(xiǎn)險(xiǎn)種。
[Abstract]:Since 2008, grape has been developed as a special fruit industry. The development of grapes in Sandu County can be said to be booming. The state and county governments have stepped up their efforts to develop the grape industry. At present, the total area of grape cultivation in the county amounts to 144,500 mu. The fruit hanging scale is 72,000 mu, the output is 121,000 tons and the output value is 556 million yuan. The grape industry has become one of the leading local industries. Based on the field investigation, this paper finds that there are still many problems in the development of grape industry in Sandu County, including the lack of government support. The development of grape economic organization is slow, the grape variety is single, the cultivation technique level is uneven, the scientific management is lacking, the industry chain is disjointed, the fruit farmer is not aware of, the agricultural insurance is few, the marketing channel has not been fully expanded, mainly the fresh grape is sold. Therefore, according to the present situation of grape development in Sandu County and the experience of grape industry development at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of sustainable and healthy development of grape industry in Sandu County: making supporting policy, strengthening production organization construction; Strengthen the training, improve the comprehensive quality of fruit farmers, improve the level of industrialization, increase the characteristics of fruit insurance.
