【摘要】：農(nóng)民專(zhuān)業(yè)合作社是廣大農(nóng)民群眾在社會(huì)生產(chǎn)時(shí)間中積極探索出的偉大創(chuàng)舉,是穩(wěn)定和完善農(nóng)村基本經(jīng)營(yíng)制度、創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村經(jīng)營(yíng)體制的重要途徑。近年來(lái),隨著現(xiàn)代煙草農(nóng)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,煙農(nóng)合作社也在各個(gè)地區(qū)陸續(xù)產(chǎn)生,并且在近幾年數(shù)量不斷增加。建平縣自上個(gè)世紀(jì)80年代開(kāi)始種植烤煙,至今已有20多年的歷史,烤煙作為建平縣主要經(jīng)濟(jì)作物之一,占建平縣稅收的大部分。近幾年來(lái),隨著國(guó)家煙草專(zhuān)賣(mài)局和地方煙草公司的扶持,建平縣煙草合作社的數(shù)量大幅增加,發(fā)展速度越來(lái)越快。但是在發(fā)展中也出現(xiàn)了煙農(nóng)參與熱情不高、對(duì)合作社的認(rèn)知程度低的情況。本文通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)法、實(shí)地問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí),從煙農(nóng)個(gè)人特征、煙農(nóng)家庭特征、生產(chǎn)特征、外部環(huán)境影響、對(duì)合作社的認(rèn)知情況、煙草公司的支持程度這幾個(gè)因素來(lái)進(jìn)問(wèn)卷設(shè)計(jì),利用實(shí)地調(diào)查法對(duì)建平縣太平莊鄉(xiāng)的103位煙農(nóng)進(jìn)行問(wèn)調(diào)查。對(duì)問(wèn)卷的調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行整理,并利用描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法,進(jìn)一步分析煙農(nóng)參加合作社的情況和意愿影響因素。最后得出以下結(jié)論:"性別因素"、"對(duì)合作社的認(rèn)知程度"、"煙農(nóng)家庭中種植煙葉的勞動(dòng)力數(shù)量"、"種植煙葉的時(shí)間"、"煙草公司的支持程度"、"種煙所得收入"這6個(gè)因素對(duì)建平縣煙農(nóng)參加合作社的意愿影響較大;"年齡因素"、"文化程度因素"、"政治面貌"、"是否擔(dān)任村干部"、"種植煙葉規(guī)模"、"同村煙農(nóng)比例"這6個(gè)因素對(duì)建平縣煙農(nóng)參加合作社的意愿影響較小。基于以上分析的結(jié)果和建平縣煙草合作社的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分別從煙草公司、煙農(nóng)這兩個(gè)方面提出建議和給出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The farmers' specialized cooperative is a great initiative that the broad masses of peasants have actively explored in the social production time. It is an important way to stabilize and perfect the rural basic management system and to innovate the rural management system. With the continuous development of modern tobacco agriculture, tobacco farmers cooperatives have been formed in various regions, and in recent years, the number of tobacco growing in Jianping County since -20s, has been more than 20 years of history, As one of the main cash crops in Jianping County, flue-cured tobacco accounts for the majority of taxes in Jianping County. In recent years, with the support of the State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau and local tobacco companies, the number of tobacco cooperatives in Jianping County has increased substantially. The speed of development is getting faster and faster. However, in the process of development, there is also the situation that the participation enthusiasm of tobacco farmers is not high, and the cognition of cooperatives is low. Comprehensive use of the professional knowledge learned from the individual characteristics of tobacco farmers, family characteristics of tobacco farmers, production characteristics, external environmental impact, the understanding of cooperatives, tobacco companies support these factors to enter the questionnaire design. The field investigation method was used to investigate 103 tobacco farmers in Taiping Township, Jianping County. The results of the questionnaire were sorted out, and the descriptive statistical analysis method was used. Further analysis of the factors affecting the participation and willingness of tobacco farmers in cooperatives. Finally, the following conclusions were drawn: "gender factor", "level of awareness of cooperatives", "number of workers growing tobacco leaves in tobacco farmers' households", "time to plant tobacco leaves" "," level of support from tobacco companies "," income from tobacco planting "has a greater impact on the willingness of tobacco farmers to join cooperatives in Jianping County;" age factor "," "educational level factor", "political outlook", "whether to be a village cadre", "growing tobacco" The scale of leaf and the proportion of tobacco farmers in the same village have little influence on the willingness of tobacco farmers to join the cooperative in Jianping County. Based on the results of the above analysis and the present situation of tobacco cooperatives in Jianping County, Respectively from the tobacco company, tobacco farmers these two aspects of advice and give the corresponding countermeasures.
