【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)的分工可以通過農(nóng)戶獲得社會化服務(wù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)�；趶V東省農(nóng)戶調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)證研究顯示,農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足需求,而村干部在獲取這些服務(wù)上存在顯著優(yōu)勢:在市場交易中,村干部身份雖對勞動密集型生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)服務(wù)的獲得無促進(jìn)作用,但有利于獲得資本密集型生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的服務(wù);在配額交易中,村干部身份有利于獲得全環(huán)節(jié)的服務(wù),且與資本密集型環(huán)節(jié)相比,對獲得勞動密集型生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)服務(wù)的作用更大。原因在于:在市場交易中,村干部身份雖有利于促進(jìn)交易,但不能降低勞動密集型環(huán)節(jié)的監(jiān)督和計(jì)量成本;在配額交易中,社會成本過高導(dǎo)致資本密集型生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的服務(wù)被市場交易所替代。
[Abstract]:Agricultural division by farmers to obtain social services to achieve. An Empirical Study on the survey data of farmers in Guangdong province that based on agricultural social service can not meet demand, and the village cadres in the access to these services have significant advantages: transactions in the market, although the identity of village cadres for labor intensive service production without promote, but is conducive to capital intensive production services; in quota trading, village cadre status to obtain the full link service, compared with capital intensive sectors, to obtain more labor intensive service production. The reason is: in the market, although the identity of village cadres is conducive to the promotion of the transaction, but can not reduce the cost of supervision and measurement of labor-intensive sectors; in quota trading, social costs lead to capital intensive production of the service is Market exchanges replace.
