黃淮海平原耕地集約利用時空差異及其影響因素研究

【摘要】:我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)業(yè)在我國的社會生產(chǎn)以及現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中占有重要地位,糧食作為我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),其安全問題則是關(guān)乎我國經(jīng)濟(jì)安全與國計民生的重大問題,保障糧食安全的首要措施是保護(hù)我國糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū)的地位。黃淮海平原是國家重要的糧棉油生產(chǎn)基地,包含有中國農(nóng)業(yè)大省河北、河南、山東、江蘇、安徽,人口和耕地占到全國的五分之一,為保障國家糧食安全做出了突出的貢獻(xiàn)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會快速發(fā)展,建設(shè)占用、農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、生態(tài)退耕和自然災(zāi)毀等不可抗力使得耕地保護(hù)在保量守紅線的基礎(chǔ)上不得不另辟蹊徑,耕地集約利用成為必由之路。黃淮海平原在我國糧食安全體系中占據(jù)了重要的地位,因此,對黃淮海平原耕地集約利用水平的時空差異及其影響因素進(jìn)行研究,對了解該區(qū)域耕地集約利用現(xiàn)狀和保障國家糧食安全具有重大現(xiàn)實意義。本研究在國內(nèi)外研究綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,為探討黃淮海平原耕地集約利用水平的時空變化規(guī)律,明確耕地集約利用水平的影響及制約因素,以黃淮海平原為例,利用自然地理數(shù)據(jù)和社會經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),構(gòu)建耕地集約利用的評價體系和影響機(jī)制的分析模型,對黃淮海平原約340個區(qū)縣1996年至2011年的耕地集約利用水平進(jìn)行了研究與分析,并針對耕地合理集約利用和保護(hù)提出相應(yīng)對策與建議。首先,以黃淮海平原地區(qū)為例,以區(qū)縣作為研究單元,測算各個區(qū)縣近16年耕地集約利用水平;在地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)空間分析功能的支持下,分析黃淮海平原各區(qū)縣耕地集約利用水平的時空變化特征。其次,運用魚骨分析法列舉耕地集約利用的影響因素,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建自然因素與社會經(jīng)濟(jì)因素對黃淮海平原耕地集約利用水平影響的GeoDetector模型,進(jìn)而從影響力角度定量分析各個影響因素的影響機(jī)制。最后,針對自然因素與社會經(jīng)濟(jì)因素對耕地集約利用水平的影響機(jī)制,找出其限制性因子,并針對問題提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:China is a big agricultural country, and agriculture plays an important role in the social production and modernization of our country. As the material basis of the development of our national economy, the security of grain is a major issue related to the economic security and the national economy and people's livelihood of our country. The first measure to ensure food security is to protect the status of the main grain producing areas in our country. The Huang-Huai Hai Plain is an important grain, cotton and oil production base of the state, including Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Jiangsu, and Anhui, the major agricultural provinces of China. The population and cultivated land account for 1/5 of the country, and have made outstanding contributions to ensuring national food security. With the rapid economic and social development, construction and occupation, and agricultural restructuring, Force majeure, such as ecological conversion of farmland and natural disasters and destruction, has forced the protection of cultivated land on the basis of keeping the red line, and intensive utilization of cultivated land has become the only way. The Huang-Huai-Hai Plain plays an important role in the food security system of our country. Therefore, the temporal and spatial differences of cultivated land intensive utilization level in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain and its influencing factors are studied. It is of great practical significance to understand the current situation of intensive utilization of cultivated land in this region and to ensure national food security. Based on the summary of domestic and foreign studies, this study aims to explore the temporal and spatial variation of cultivated land intensive utilization level in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain. The influence and restriction factors of cultivated land intensive utilization level are defined. Taking the Huang-Huai-Hai plain as an example, the evaluation system and the analysis model of the influence mechanism of cultivated land intensive utilization are constructed by using the natural geographical data and the social economic survey data. This paper studies and analyses the level of intensive utilization of cultivated land from 1996 to 2011 in about 340 districts and counties of Huang-Huai-Hai plain, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for rational intensive utilization and protection of cultivated land. First, taking the Huang-Huai-Hai plain as an example, Take the district and county as the research unit, calculate the cultivated land intensive utilization level of each district and county in the last 16 years; with the support of the GIS spatial analysis function, analyze the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of the cultivated land intensive utilization level in the Huanghuai and Huaihai Plain. On the basis of the fish bone analysis method, the influence factors of intensive utilization of cultivated land are listed, and the GeoDetector model of the influence of natural factors and social economic factors on the level of intensive utilization of cultivated land in the Huang-Huai-Hai Plain is constructed. Finally, aiming at the influence mechanism of natural factors and social economic factors on the level of intensive use of cultivated land, the restrictive factors are found out. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to the problem.
