【摘要】：基于西藏自治區(qū)7鎮(zhèn)172個農(nóng)戶的調(diào)查,采用熵值法對英國國際發(fā)展部(DFID)提出的可持續(xù)生計分析框架(SLA)下各項生計資本進行評分,并使用Logistic模型分析生計資本對生計策略選擇的影響,進而對比退耕戶和非退耕戶生計資本水平及生計策略選擇的差異,為退耕戶生計策略的改善提出建議。結果表明:退耕戶人力、社會和金融資本水平遠高于非退耕戶,自然資本略低于非退耕戶。選擇以農(nóng)業(yè)生計策略為主的農(nóng)戶相對擁有較多的自然資本,而選擇以非農(nóng)業(yè)生計策略為主的農(nóng)戶擁有較多社會資本。社會、金融資本對退耕戶生計策略的影響最顯著,自然、物質和社會資本對非退耕戶生計策略的影響最顯著�；谘芯拷ㄗh通過發(fā)展區(qū)域特色農(nóng)業(yè)、利用優(yōu)惠政策發(fā)展自營及旅游業(yè),促進剩余勞動力轉移和再就業(yè)等方式改善退耕戶生計策略。
[Abstract]:Investigation of the Tibet autonomous region 7 towns 172 households based on the entropy method for the UK Department for International Development (DFID) is proposed to analyze the Sustainable Livelihoods Framework (SLA) under the livelihood capital score, and use the Logistic model to analyze the effects of selection on livelihood capital livelihood strategies, and then comparing the differences farmers and non farming households living the level of capital and livelihood strategies, put forward suggestions for the improvement of farmland household livelihood strategies. The results showed that the farmland household human, social and financial capital level is much higher than that of non farming households, natural capital is slightly lower than that of non farming households. Selecting agricultural livelihood strategies mainly farmers have relatively more natural capital, and the choice to non agriculture the farmers' livelihood strategies have more social capital. Social, the most significant impact of financial capital on farmland household livelihood strategies of natural, material and social capital on non farming households back Livelihood Strategy Based on the research, it is suggested that we should improve the livelihoods strategy of returning farmers through the development of regional characteristic agriculture, the development of self employment and tourism by preferential policies, the transfer and re employment of surplus labor and so on.
