【摘要】：在中國(guó),農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司是農(nóng)業(yè)先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)力的代表,是落實(shí)國(guó)家各項(xiàng)農(nóng)業(yè)政策的先鋒,同時(shí)也是促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)融入資本市場(chǎng)發(fā)展壯大的標(biāo)志,故其健康可持續(xù)的發(fā)展有助于調(diào)節(jié)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),帶動(dòng)農(nóng)民增收、促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)增效。因此,很多農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)自掛牌上市以來一直是社會(huì)大眾關(guān)心和爭(zhēng)議的焦點(diǎn)。近年來,農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司不僅受到國(guó)家的政策扶持如財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼、貸款優(yōu)惠等,還享受著較低的上市門檻,方便了其進(jìn)入資本市場(chǎng),參與資本市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng);而另一方面,農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司在享受國(guó)家各項(xiàng)優(yōu)惠政策的同時(shí)由于對(duì)自身業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)不堅(jiān)定,盲目追求多元化,部分農(nóng)業(yè)上市企業(yè)還實(shí)行非農(nóng)擴(kuò)張、背農(nóng)、甚至轉(zhuǎn)型等多種經(jīng)營(yíng)方式;嚴(yán)重背離農(nóng)業(yè)上公司最初發(fā)展的理念。與此同時(shí)大部分農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司都還存在著業(yè)績(jī)下滑、經(jīng)營(yíng)困頓等經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀。因此,眼前對(duì)于農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司來說亟需解決就是可持續(xù)的發(fā)展問題。有關(guān)非農(nóng)經(jīng)營(yíng)研究一般比較傾向于非農(nóng)經(jīng)營(yíng)是否帶來績(jī)效和價(jià)值的問題,很少?gòu)膭?dòng)態(tài)視角下來探討非農(nóng)經(jīng)營(yíng)與企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展這一戰(zhàn)略性的問題,進(jìn)而自然地忽視了非農(nóng)化經(jīng)營(yíng)對(duì)于企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和持續(xù)能力發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的影響。而本文,正是研究非農(nóng)經(jīng)營(yíng)如何影響我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展的問題,從而為我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、獲得深度價(jià)值提供支持和幫助,也為我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的健康發(fā)展建言獻(xiàn)策。首先,緒論部分,根據(jù)文章結(jié)構(gòu)安排,我們從研究的背景和意義出發(fā),到研究目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容,研究方法和路線及我們的創(chuàng)新和不足點(diǎn)展開;其次,理論回顧和國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述,是為更全方位的了解農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,出現(xiàn)的問題和應(yīng)對(duì)措施做綜合整理;接著,闡述農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司目前的整體經(jīng)營(yíng)情況和非農(nóng)經(jīng)營(yíng)的現(xiàn)狀,來探究我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司非農(nóng)經(jīng)營(yíng)的深層原因;然后,評(píng)述農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司可持續(xù)經(jīng)營(yíng)研究的理論基礎(chǔ)和模型的設(shè)定,系統(tǒng)的介紹了本文采用的模型-因子分析法,模型的適用性檢驗(yàn)、因子的構(gòu)造、解釋命名和最后確定的各因子得分;分析農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司非農(nóng)經(jīng)營(yíng)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)系,從指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建、到指標(biāo)體系的描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)、到農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司非農(nóng)經(jīng)營(yíng)與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的綜合因子得分關(guān)系都做了詳細(xì)的闡述。最后根據(jù)以上分析得出結(jié)論,并提出本文的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In China, agricultural listed companies are the representative of advanced agricultural productivity, the pioneer of implementing various national agricultural policies, and the symbol of promoting the integration of agriculture into the capital market. Therefore, its healthy and sustainable development helps to regulate the agricultural industrial structure, promote farmers' income, and promote agricultural efficiency. Many agricultural enterprises have been the focus of public concern and controversy since their listing. In recent years, agricultural listed companies have not only been supported by the state policy, such as financial subsidies, loan preferences, and so on. It also enjoys the lower threshold of listing, which facilitates it to enter the capital market and participate in the competition of the capital market; On the other hand, agricultural listed companies enjoy various preferential policies of the state, because of their business operation is not firm, blind pursuit of diversification, some agricultural listed enterprises also implement non-agricultural expansion, back agriculture. Even transformation and other diversified modes of operation; At the same time, most of the agricultural listed companies still have a decline in performance, management difficulties and other business status. The problem of sustainable development is the urgent need for agricultural listed companies. The research on non-agricultural management generally tends to the question of whether non-agricultural management brings performance and value. Rarely from a dynamic perspective to explore the non-agricultural management and sustainable development of enterprises this strategic issue. Then it naturally ignores the impact of non-agricultural management on the core competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises. And this paper is to study how non-agricultural management affects the sustainable development of agricultural listed companies in China. In order to enhance the competitiveness of agricultural listed companies in China, to obtain the depth of value to provide support and help, but also for the healthy development of agricultural industrialization advice. First, the introduction, according to the structure of the article arrangements. We proceed from the background and significance of the research to the research objectives and contents, research methods and routes, and our innovation and shortcomings; Secondly, the review of theory and literature review at home and abroad, is to understand the overall situation of agricultural listed companies, problems and countermeasures to do a comprehensive arrangement; Then, it expounds the current situation of agricultural listed companies and the current situation of non-agricultural management, to explore the deep-seated reasons of non-agricultural management of agricultural listed companies in China. Then, the paper reviews the theoretical basis and model setting of agricultural listed companies' sustainable management research, systematically introduces the model-factor analysis method, the applicability test of the model, and the construction of factors. Explain the naming and final factor scores; This paper analyzes the relationship between non-agricultural management and sustainable development of agricultural listed companies, from the construction of index system to descriptive statistics of index system. The comprehensive factor score relationship between non-agricultural management and sustainable development of agricultural listed companies is expounded in detail. Finally, the conclusion is drawn according to the above analysis, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
