日本對東北畜牛資源掠取芻議——以滿鐵調查資料為考察中心

【摘要】:東北畜牛資源豐富,久為日人所覬覦。1920年前東北有畜牛230-290萬頭。1920年代,其數(shù)量有所降低。偽滿時期,東北牛肉大量供應日本軍隊及其官僚系統(tǒng),尤其是日本海軍和關東軍,畜牛儲量較前又大幅下跌。其持續(xù)走低的原因是日人規(guī)模性的屠宰、消耗及輸出。同時,由于耕牛的不足,農(nóng)耕大受影響。這種現(xiàn)象在日本投降后依然嚴峻。
[Abstract]:Northeast China is rich in cattle resources and has long been coveted by Japanese. Before 1920 there were 230-2.9 million cattle in Northeast China. The number of cattle decreased in 1920s. Northeast beef supplies the Japanese army and its bureaucrats, especially the Japanese navy and the kandung army, with cattle stocks falling sharply from the previous year. The reason for the continued decline is the slaughter, consumption and export of Japanese people on a large scale. At the same time. Farming was greatly affected by the shortage of cattle. This phenomenon was still severe after the surrender of Japan.
