【摘要】：“消除貧困,最終實現(xiàn)共同富裕”是社會主義的本質(zhì)要求,也是我國一直奮斗努力的目標(biāo)。但是截止到目前,我國的扶貧形勢依舊嚴(yán)峻,而以往的扶貧方式引發(fā)的問題也越來越引起關(guān)注。2013年我國首次提出了精準(zhǔn)扶貧的思想,意圖解決的就是長期存在的扶貧對象不明、貧困原因不清、扶貧資金與項目指向不準(zhǔn)、扶貧措施針對性不強等問題。而農(nóng)村投融資活動在我國農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟和扶貧中發(fā)揮的作用也越來越大,應(yīng)如何利用農(nóng)村投融資活動來更好地進行精準(zhǔn)扶貧建設(shè),本文探索的正是這一問題。本文按照發(fā)現(xiàn)問題—分析問題—解決問題的思路,通過文獻分析法、比較分析法和個案分析相結(jié)合、系統(tǒng)分析與歸納分析相結(jié)合的方法對S縣農(nóng)村投融資活動精準(zhǔn)扶貧模式創(chuàng)新與實踐問題進行了系統(tǒng)深入地研究。本文首先在對相關(guān)文獻研究的基礎(chǔ)上,證明農(nóng)村投融資活動對精準(zhǔn)扶貧工作的重要性。并在研究國內(nèi)外投融資扶貧理論與實踐的基礎(chǔ)上,對S縣在精準(zhǔn)扶貧背景下的投融資活動實踐進行了深入探討,并根據(jù)一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)分析其農(nóng)村投融資活動的現(xiàn)狀,并分析其取得的成果。接著深入分析S縣農(nóng)村投融資活動精準(zhǔn)扶貧實踐中存在的問題,據(jù)此提出對策和建議。
[Abstract]:"eliminating poverty and ultimately realizing common prosperity" is the essential requirement of socialism and the goal that our country has been striving for. But up to now, the situation of poverty alleviation in our country is still grim. In 2013, China put forward the idea of precision poverty alleviation for the first time, intended to solve the long-term poverty alleviation object is unclear, poverty reasons are unclear. Poverty alleviation funds and projects are not oriented, poverty alleviation measures are not targeted, and rural investment and financing activities in China's rural economy and poverty alleviation play a more and more important role. How to use rural investment and financing activities to better carry out the construction of precision poverty alleviation, this paper explores precisely this problem. According to the way of finding problem-analyzing problem-solving problem, this paper adopts literature analysis method. Comparative analysis and case analysis are combined. System analysis and inductive analysis of the combination of methods of S County rural investment and financing activities of precision poverty alleviation model innovation and practice of a systematic and in-depth study. First of all, this paper on the basis of relevant literature research. Prove the importance of rural investment and financing activities to the precision poverty alleviation work. And on the basis of studying the theory and practice of investment and financing poverty alleviation at home and abroad, the paper deeply discusses the practice of investment and financing activities in S County under the background of precision poverty alleviation. According to the primary data, this paper analyzes the present situation of rural investment and financing activities, and analyzes the results obtained. Then, the problems existing in the practice of accurate poverty alleviation in S County are analyzed, and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
