城郊現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)功能分區(qū)與設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程加快,城市面臨人口膨脹、土地資源短缺、空間布局擁擠、環(huán)境污染、生態(tài)受損等多重壓力。此時(shí),就需要城郊農(nóng)業(yè)擔(dān)負(fù)起農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供給、環(huán)境美化、生態(tài)保護(hù)、休閑觀光、旅游度假等多種功能。現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)作為發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的重要載體,對(duì)我國現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用。但是過熱的跟風(fēng)發(fā)展,導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)有園區(qū)建設(shè)表現(xiàn)出盲目模仿、產(chǎn)品單一、功能分區(qū)混亂等一系列問題。所以,對(duì)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)進(jìn)行科學(xué)的功能分區(qū)和規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,可以為當(dāng)前園區(qū)建設(shè)提供一種新的思路,也為今后相關(guān)研究提供參考。本文通過查閱大量相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),總結(jié)前人在現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)概念、發(fā)展歷程和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀等方面的研究成果,結(jié)合多次實(shí)地調(diào)查和訪談,運(yùn)用層次分析法、專家訪談法結(jié)合GIS技術(shù),在一定理論的指導(dǎo)下,以石家莊城郊鹿泉區(qū)李村鎮(zhèn)鄧村的鳳凰三露果蔬生態(tài)園為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的功能分區(qū)和規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的研究。主要研究內(nèi)容及成果如下:(1)通過調(diào)查和搜集研究區(qū)及周邊環(huán)境的相關(guān)資料,匯總分析研究區(qū)的地理、氣候、區(qū)位等因素;诠δ苡玫剡m宜性評(píng)價(jià)方法,篩選出指導(dǎo)園區(qū)功能分區(qū)的6個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系使功能區(qū)的劃分更加科學(xué)合理。(2)在充分調(diào)查和訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,研究得出研究區(qū)適宜劃分為農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、科技示范、觀光休閑和綜合服務(wù)四個(gè)功能區(qū)。運(yùn)用層次分析法和專家訪談法分別得出因素指標(biāo)相對(duì)各功能區(qū)的權(quán)重和等級(jí)值。結(jié)合GIS技術(shù),進(jìn)行加權(quán)疊加運(yùn)算,確定各功能分區(qū)的用地適宜性評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用直接疊加法結(jié)合相關(guān)公式,計(jì)算得出現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的最優(yōu)功能分區(qū)方案。實(shí)現(xiàn)方法的上突破,解決了以往規(guī)劃憑經(jīng)驗(yàn),數(shù)據(jù)靠估計(jì)的問題,完成定性到定量的轉(zhuǎn)變,使規(guī)劃更趨合理。(3)依據(jù)功能分區(qū)理論、可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)理論、景觀生態(tài)學(xué)理論等相關(guān)理論的指導(dǎo),結(jié)合規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)基本原則,對(duì)各功能區(qū)進(jìn)行具體功能界定,并在全區(qū)整體基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、植物景觀規(guī)劃、產(chǎn)業(yè)整合等方面給出具體建議。將3D建模技術(shù)結(jié)合在農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)規(guī)劃中,有效避免了視線遮擋、天際線凌亂等三維空間尺度上的混亂現(xiàn)象,能夠形成逼真的視覺感受,實(shí)現(xiàn)了規(guī)劃成果的直觀展示,立體體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, cities are faced with population expansion, land resources shortage, spatial layout congestion, environmental pollution, ecological damage and other pressures. At this time, suburban agriculture needs to shoulder the supply of agricultural products. Landscaping, ecological protection, leisure tourism, tourism and other functions. Modern agricultural park as an important carrier for the development of modern agriculture. It plays an important role in the development of modern agriculture in China. However, the overheated development of the park leads to a series of problems, such as blind imitation, single product, confusion of functional zoning and so on. It is of great practical significance to study the scientific functional zoning and planning and design of the modern agricultural park, which can provide a new way of thinking for the current construction of the park. Through consulting a large number of relevant literature, this paper summarizes the previous research results in the concept, development process and development status of modern agricultural parks, combined with a number of field investigations and interviews. With the help of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), expert interview and GIS technology, and under the guidance of certain theory, the Phoenix Sanlu fruit and vegetable ecological garden in Luquan District, Licun Town, Shijiazhuang is taken as the research object. The main contents and results of this study are as follows: 1) through investigation and collection of relevant information about the research area and its surrounding environment. The geographical climate location and other factors of the study area were analyzed. Based on the functional land suitability evaluation method 6 evaluation indexes were selected to guide the functional zoning of the park. Construction of evaluation index system to make the division of functional areas more scientific and reasonable. 2) on the basis of full investigation and interviews, the study concluded that the research area is suitable for agricultural production, scientific and technological demonstration. Tourism and leisure and comprehensive services four functional areas. Using AHP and expert interviews to obtain the weight and grade of the factors relative to each functional area. Combined with GIS technology, the weighted superposition operation is carried out. On the basis of this, using direct superposition method combined with relevant formulas, the optimal functional zoning scheme of modern agricultural park is calculated. It solves the problem of planning based on experience and data estimation, completes the qualitative to quantitative transformation, makes the planning more reasonable, according to functional zoning theory, sustainable development theory, ecological agriculture theory. Landscape ecology theory and other related theories, combined with the basic principles of planning and design, to define the specific functions of each functional area, and in the whole area infrastructure construction, plant landscape planning. The 3D modeling technology is combined in the planning of the agricultural park, which effectively avoids the chaos of the 3D spatial scale, such as line of sight occlusion, skyline clutter and so on. Can form lifelike visual feeling, realize the visual display of planning results, stereoscopic experience.
