【摘要】：該文將我國14個連片特困區(qū)分為綠色豐富型貧困、綠色缺乏型貧困和混合型綠色貧困等三大類進(jìn)行研究。研究結(jié)果表明:2013年,連片特困區(qū)51%的農(nóng)村貧困人口生活在森林覆蓋率大于44.7%的綠色豐富型貧困區(qū),28.1%的農(nóng)村貧困人口生活在森林覆蓋率低于21.63%的綠色缺乏型貧困區(qū)。14個連片特困區(qū)具有線與帶狀分布規(guī)律,主要分布在胡煥庸線和我國二、三階梯分界線周圍以及西部邊疆地帶。14個連片特困區(qū)面臨同樣的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展問題,并且產(chǎn)業(yè)體系相似;連片特困區(qū)大多都是少數(shù)民族聚居區(qū)和革命老區(qū);此外,農(nóng)村貧困人口還呈現(xiàn)出大集中和大分散等特征。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 14 special poverty cases in China are divided into three categories: green rich poverty, green deficient poverty and mixed green poverty. The results show that: 2013. 51% of the rural poor live in green rich poverty areas with forest coverage greater than 44.7%. 28.1% of the rural poor live in green deficient poverty areas with forest coverage less than 21.63%, and 14 special hardship areas have linear and zonal distribution patterns. It is mainly distributed in Hu Huanyong line, the second and third steps of our country and the western frontier area. 14 special hardship areas are faced with the same economic development problems, and the industrial system is similar; Most of the special poverty-stricken areas are inhabited by ethnic minorities and the old revolutionary areas; In addition, the rural poor population also showed a large concentration and dispersion and other characteristics.
