【摘要】：本文梳理了馬克思、恩格斯的農(nóng)民合作思想,馬克思根據(jù)生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展和社會(huì)分工及資本主義的本質(zhì),揭示了小農(nóng)消亡的命運(yùn),認(rèn)為土地國有化下農(nóng)民聯(lián)合的規(guī)模生產(chǎn)將是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的未來,但馬克思沒有提出具體的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)組織形式。恩格斯在馬克思的農(nóng)民合作思想基礎(chǔ)上,提出了農(nóng)民合作社的設(shè)想,認(rèn)為生產(chǎn)資料公有制下的農(nóng)民合作社既能使農(nóng)民免于剝削貧困,又能實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)的和諧共榮,結(jié)合農(nóng)民合作的實(shí)踐及合理科學(xué)設(shè)想,指出農(nóng)民合作社應(yīng)在自愿互助、示范帶動(dòng)、國家?guī)椭脑瓌t下推進(jìn)。最后,本文在總結(jié)馬克思恩格斯的農(nóng)民合作思想基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國歷史實(shí)踐,揭示其對(duì)我國當(dāng)下農(nóng)民集體合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織發(fā)展的啟示,即開展農(nóng)民合作應(yīng)在遵循生產(chǎn)力與生產(chǎn)關(guān)系相一致的規(guī)律基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)"四化"協(xié)同發(fā)展,發(fā)揮集體經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的引領(lǐng)作用,加強(qiáng)合作社的建設(shè)和治理。
[Abstract]:This article combs Marx and Engels' farmer cooperation thought, according to the development of productive forces, social division of labor and the essence of capitalism, Marx reveals the fate of the disappearance of small farmers. It is believed that the scale production of farmers' union under the nationalization of land will be the future of agricultural production, but Marx has not put forward the concrete form of agricultural production organization. Engels is based on Marx's thought of farmer cooperation. This paper puts forward the assumption of farmers' co-operatives, and holds that farmers' cooperatives under the public ownership of the means of production can not only save peasants from exploitation and poverty, but also realize social harmony and common prosperity, and combine the practice of farmers' cooperation with reasonable scientific ideas. It is pointed out that farmers' co-operatives should be promoted under the principle of voluntary mutual assistance, demonstration and national help. Finally, this paper combines the historical practice of our country with the summary of Marx and Engels' thoughts on farmers' cooperation. It reveals its enlightenment to the development of peasants' collective cooperative economic organization, that is, to carry out farmers' cooperation should realize the "four modernizations" coordinated development on the basis of following the laws of productivity and production relations. Give play to the leading role of collective economic organizations and strengthen the construction and governance of cooperatives.
