【摘要】：本文試圖從住房投資與婚姻締結(jié)的關(guān)系入手,解釋中國(guó)農(nóng)村地區(qū)的"建房熱"現(xiàn)象,從理論和經(jīng)驗(yàn)兩個(gè)層面深化已有的研究。本文通過對(duì)經(jīng)典信號(hào)理論模型的修正,得到了一系列命題和推論,并利用2011年浙江、湖北、陜西的第一手調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),最終得到以下結(jié)論:(1)中國(guó)農(nóng)村的婚姻市場(chǎng)上存在信息不對(duì)稱,為避免逆向選擇,男方家庭通過住房投資傳達(dá)自身"質(zhì)量"的信號(hào)。(2)在保留效用較大、借款成本較高或男女性"質(zhì)量"連續(xù)分布的條件下,不同"質(zhì)量"的男方家庭會(huì)發(fā)出分離的住房信號(hào)——建造出不同檔次的住房,女性則可以依據(jù)住房檔次判斷男方的"質(zhì)量",據(jù)此形成匹配的婚姻締結(jié)。
[Abstract]:This paper attempts to explain the phenomenon of "housing building craze" in rural China from the relationship between housing investment and marriage conclusion. In this paper, a series of propositions and corollaries are obtained by modifying the classical signal theory model. In 2011, Zhejiang Province, Hubei Province, China. Shaanxi first-hand survey data were tested, and finally reached the following conclusion: 1) China's rural marriage market information asymmetry, in order to avoid adverse selection. The male family conveys its own "quality" signal through the housing investment. 2) under the condition of higher retention utility, higher borrowing cost or continuous distribution of male and female "quality". Different "quality" of the male family will send a separate housing signal-to build different levels of housing, women can be based on the housing grade to judge the "quality" of the man, based on which to form a matching marriage.
