【摘要】：我國林業(yè)企業(yè)在"一帶一路"倡議下加快開展對外投資的步伐,但受企業(yè)自身和東道國環(huán)境等影響,不少企業(yè)碰壁,在此基礎(chǔ)上研究林業(yè)企業(yè)對外投資與林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級。文章從產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、貿(mào)易和對外投資等方面介紹了我國林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,探討了我國林業(yè)企業(yè)對"一帶一路"沿線投資的原因,指出林業(yè)企業(yè)面臨的融資困難、惡性競爭、產(chǎn)品附加值低、東道國環(huán)境制約等問題,提出加強政策支持、增強企業(yè)競爭力、重視森林培育等建議,為穩(wěn)健推進我國林業(yè)對外投資、實現(xiàn)林業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級與建設(shè)林業(yè)強國提供參考。
[Abstract]:China's forestry enterprises under the "Belt and Road" initiative to speed up the pace of foreign investment, but due to the impact of the enterprise itself and the environment of the host country, many enterprises hit a wall. On this basis, the paper studies the foreign investment of forestry enterprises and the upgrading of forestry industry. The paper introduces the present situation of forestry industry development in China from the aspects of industrial scale, trade and foreign investment. This paper probes into the reasons for the investment of Chinese forestry enterprises along "Belt and Road", points out the problems that forestry enterprises face in financing difficulties, vicious competition, low added value of products, and environmental constraints of the host country, and puts forward some suggestions on strengthening policy support. The suggestions of strengthening the competitiveness of enterprises and attaching importance to forest cultivation can provide references for steadily promoting foreign investment in forestry, upgrading forestry industry and building a powerful forestry country.
