【摘要】：本文將資源環(huán)境因素納入蘋果經(jīng)濟效率和全要素生產(chǎn)率的分析框架,采用包含非期望產(chǎn)出的SBM超效率模型和Malmquist-Luenberger生產(chǎn)率指數(shù)分別測度了中國蘋果7個主產(chǎn)省份2000—2014年的經(jīng)濟效率和全要素生產(chǎn)率水平,并運用莫蘭指數(shù)分析了環(huán)境全要生產(chǎn)率的空間自相關(guān)性。研究表明:考慮環(huán)境因素的蘋果經(jīng)濟效率值明顯低于未考慮環(huán)境因素的指標值。近年來中國蘋果主產(chǎn)區(qū)蘋果環(huán)境全要素生產(chǎn)率發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出空間負相關(guān)性,河北、遼寧的蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境不夠協(xié)調(diào),而山東、陜西、甘肅的蘋果產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與環(huán)境較為協(xié)調(diào),不同省份的蘋果環(huán)境全要素生產(chǎn)率在不同樣本期內(nèi)的時空變遷較為明顯。該研究為評價中國蘋果優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)區(qū)并提升其"兩型農(nóng)業(yè)"的發(fā)展水平提供了有益參考。
[Abstract]:The resources and environmental factors into the analysis framework of Apple's economic efficiency and total factor productivity, which contains non expected outputs of the SBM super efficiency model and Malmquist-Luenberger productivity index to measure the level of Chinese were 7 apple producing provinces from 2000 to 2014, the economic efficiency and total factor productivity, and the use of Moran index to analyze the environment of TFP spatial autocorrelation. The study shows that considering the environmental factors of Apple economic efficiency was significantly lower than that of without considering the environmental factors of the index value. In recent years, apple apple production area Chinese environmental total factor productivity showed a negative correlation between the development of space, Hebei, not enough coordination, apple industry development and the environment in Liaoning and Shandong, Shaanxi, more coordinated in apple the industrial development and the environment in Gansu, different provinces Apple environmental total factor productivity changes in different sample period is This study provides a useful reference for evaluating the dominant apple producing areas in China and improving the development level of "type two agriculture".
