【摘要】:農(nóng)業(yè)是人類(lèi)社會(huì)發(fā)展的根本,是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的第一產(chǎn)業(yè),在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中處于重要的地位。廣西平南縣木薯產(chǎn)業(yè)正在快速地發(fā)展,木薯產(chǎn)業(yè)已成為平南縣財(cái)政增長(zhǎng)、農(nóng)民經(jīng)濟(jì)收入的重要支柱和特色產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。平南縣木薯產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)資源合理配置和高效利用提出了更高的要求,農(nóng)業(yè)資源中的土、水、肥三大資源是木薯產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素,為此,開(kāi)展對(duì)平南縣木薯種植業(yè)發(fā)展中的土、水、肥等資源因素的分析和評(píng)價(jià),可為平南縣及其相似區(qū)域木薯產(chǎn)業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供相應(yīng)的理論支持。主要研究結(jié)果如下:明確了平南縣木薯產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的農(nóng)業(yè)資源的評(píng)價(jià)資源要素。其中,農(nóng)業(yè)土、水、肥三大資源的豐度指數(shù)是平南縣木薯產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要條件。采用豐度指數(shù)模型,評(píng)價(jià)平南縣農(nóng)業(yè)(土、水、肥)資源配置對(duì)木薯產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響和作用。結(jié)果表明:平南縣的綜合資源豐度指數(shù)在14.87-17.80之間,平均豐度指數(shù)為16.36,豐度指數(shù)最高是官成鎮(zhèn)(17.80),最低是寺面鎮(zhèn)(14.87),各鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的綜合豐度指數(shù)存在差異。除了寺面鎮(zhèn)、平山鎮(zhèn)、大坡鎮(zhèn)外,其余18個(gè)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的豐度指數(shù)都大于16,依據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)資源綜合豐度指數(shù)16為好的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),說(shuō)明平南縣境內(nèi)的農(nóng)業(yè)(土、水、肥)資源配置適宜木薯品種的種植;同時(shí)表明,從木薯產(chǎn)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展而言,平南縣農(nóng)業(yè)資源的配置還存在優(yōu)化的空間。針對(duì)資源配置的不足,提出如下措施和建議:(1)改善土壤酸度、土壤結(jié)構(gòu)和理化性質(zhì),提高土壤肥力;(2)充分利用現(xiàn)有水利設(shè)施資源,不斷完善水利工程設(shè)備建設(shè),提高水利資源的利用率;(3)優(yōu)化施肥用量和種類(lèi),進(jìn)行配方施肥,提高肥料利用效率。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of the development of human society, is the first industry of national economic development, plays an important role in the economic development of our country. The cassava industry in Guangxi Pingnan County is the rapid development of cassava industry has become the Pingnan County finance growth, the economic income of farmers is one of the important pillar industry. The development and characteristics of the cassava industry in Pingnan County on the rational allocation of agricultural resources, efficient use and put forward higher requirements for agricultural resources in soil, water and fertilizer resources are three key factors for the development of cassava industry, carried out in Pingnan County cassava planting industry in the development of soil, water, fertilizer and other factors analysis and evaluation of resources, can provide support the corresponding theory of Pingnan County and the sustainable development of cassava industry in similar area. The main results are as follows: the development of cassava industry in Pingnan County agricultural resources resource evaluation factors. Among them, agricultural In soil, water, fertilizer three resource abundance index is an important condition for the development of cassava industry in Pingnan County. The abundance index evaluation model, Pingnan County Agriculture (soil, water, fertilizer) influence and effect of resource allocation on the development of cassava industry. The results show that the integrated resource abundance index in Pingnan County between 14.87-17.80. The average abundance index was 16.36, the abundance index is the highest officer (17.80), the lowest is Cheng Si Mian Zhen (14.87), there are abundance index of each township difference. In addition to Si Mian Zhen, Pingshan Town, Dapo Town, the abundance of the remaining 18 towns that the number is greater than 16, according to the comprehensive agricultural resource abundance index 16 is good standard, that Pingnan County in agriculture (soil, water, fertilizer) suitable for cassava varieties planted in the allocation of resources; at the same time that, in terms of sustainable development of cassava industry, Pingnan County agricultural resources configuration optimization space still exists in the allocation of resources. The problem, put forward the following measures and suggestions: (1) improve the soil acidity, soil structure and physicochemical properties, improve soil fertility; (2) make full use of the existing water conservancy facilities and resources, and constantly improve the equipment of water conservancy project construction, improve the utilization rate of water resources; (3) the optimization of fertilization amount and species, for fertilizer and improve fertilizer use efficiency.
