【摘要】：農(nóng)民工留城意愿是市民化的基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)而決定著轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期我國(guó)人力資本的持續(xù)供給和動(dòng)態(tài)匹配。依據(jù)森的理論和新制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)成果,本文構(gòu)建了一個(gè)可行能力和工具性自由的框架,利用浙江省3604名農(nóng)民工的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),基于能力視角對(duì)其留城意愿進(jìn)行了再審視。結(jié)果顯示,總體上看,農(nóng)民工可行能力對(duì)留城意愿存在正向影響;具體而言,生存和發(fā)展的可行能力與農(nóng)民工留城意愿正相關(guān),適應(yīng)的可行能力卻沒(méi)有顯著影響,其中,在產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)初期環(huán)境作用下,教育程度和職業(yè)層級(jí)的影響還呈現(xiàn)出U形特征。農(nóng)民工所處城市的工具性自由在可行能力影響留城意愿的過(guò)程中起到正向調(diào)節(jié)作用,隨著城市規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大,經(jīng)濟(jì)條件的調(diào)節(jié)作用日益增強(qiáng),而社會(huì)機(jī)會(huì)、透明性保證和防護(hù)性保障的調(diào)節(jié)作用日益減弱。本研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)民工開(kāi)始較早關(guān)注個(gè)人發(fā)展能力的形成,留城意愿形成的一般邏輯是就業(yè)穩(wěn)定、個(gè)人發(fā)展、生存能力、家庭支撐的依次滿足,預(yù)示著農(nóng)民工市民化已經(jīng)進(jìn)入滿足公平發(fā)展需求的新階段。
[Abstract]:Migrant workers will stay in the city is the foundation of citizen, and then determines the transition period of continuous supply of human capital in our country. According to the relevant results and the dynamic matching of Sen's theory and new institutional economics, this paper constructs a framework of capability and tool free, using the data from a survey of 3604 migrant workers in Zhejiang Province, the view of ability a review of the will to stay in the city. Based on the results, on the whole, the feasible ability has a positive impact on migrant workers will stay in the city; specifically, the capability and the survival and development of migrant workers will stay in the city is related to the ability to adapt to the practical, has no significant impact, which, in the early industrial upgrading environment under the influence of education level and occupation level also shows a U shape. The city of migrant workers of freedom in process capability will stay in the city plays a positive regulatory role And with the expansion of city size, regulation of economy growing, and social opportunities, ensure transparency and protective security regulation function weakened. This study also found that migrant workers began early pay close attention to the formation of personal development ability, general logic will stay in the city is the formation of stable employment, personal development, survival ability. In order to meet the family support, indicates that the people of migrant workers has entered a new stage of development to meet the needs of fairness.
