【摘要】：農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展是農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的重要內(nèi)容,順應(yīng)了我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新形勢(shì),對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)"轉(zhuǎn)方式、優(yōu)結(jié)構(gòu)、提效益、促增收"具有重要意義。目前,我國(guó)農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)融合還處于初級(jí)階段,存在一二三產(chǎn)業(yè)融合程度低、新型經(jīng)營(yíng)主體帶動(dòng)力弱、利益聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制不緊密、要素瓶頸制約尚未突破等問題。因此,應(yīng)從強(qiáng)化頂層設(shè)計(jì)、打造新興業(yè)態(tài)、培育多元主體、創(chuàng)新利益聯(lián)結(jié)形式、激活多種要素等方面推進(jìn)農(nóng)村產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The rural industry development is an important content of agricultural supply side structural reform, conform to the new situation of agricultural economy in our country, the agricultural "transfer mode, excellent structure, raise efficiency, has important significance to promote income." at present, is still in the primary stage of integration of the rural industry in our country, there are 123 industrial integration degree is low. The new business entities with weak power, the benefit mechanism is not close, the problem has yet to break the bottleneck factors. Therefore, we should strengthen top-level design, to create a new industry, cultivating multi subject, innovation benefit form, activate a variety of factors to promote the development of rural industrial convergence.
