【摘要】：近幾年,伴隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的進(jìn)一步健全和發(fā)展,在農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方面凸顯出了很多的新問(wèn)題和新矛盾。當(dāng)前農(nóng)產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)有了自己市場(chǎng),但是這個(gè)市場(chǎng)并不健全,存在著諸多問(wèn)題,這就導(dǎo)致了農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品的供求不平衡,進(jìn)一步也就影響到了農(nóng)民的收入,鑒于此種情況,強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合,以強(qiáng)帶弱,優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)的農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織建設(shè)問(wèn)題就擺在了我們面前。所以,在進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織建設(shè)的同時(shí)還能促進(jìn)農(nóng)村民主化的進(jìn)程,幫助轉(zhuǎn)變政府職能,這對(duì)于加速農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)科學(xué)化化發(fā)展和積極構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村都有著重要的影響。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)外農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的發(fā)展過(guò)程和我國(guó)農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行比較,吸收國(guó)內(nèi)外成功的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),找出一條適合濰坊市乃至全國(guó)農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織發(fā)展的科學(xué)之路。通過(guò)對(duì)濰坊市農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織運(yùn)行情況的探索,深入分析了農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織在發(fā)展道路、運(yùn)作模式、溝通交流等方面的成功和不足。同時(shí)還做了大量細(xì)致的實(shí)地調(diào)查,實(shí)事求是的收集真實(shí)并且有價(jià)值的資料,解析它在發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在問(wèn)題和缺陷,找出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,為下一步的農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的高效運(yùn)行提出指導(dǎo)性的建議。本文收集了大量濰坊市近年來(lái)農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織發(fā)展的相關(guān)資料,材料真實(shí)有效。通過(guò)深入細(xì)致的對(duì)比分析,形成了綜合性較強(qiáng),借鑒意義較高,指導(dǎo)性較好的文獻(xiàn)。憑借當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的各種重要指標(biāo),對(duì)濰坊市農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的發(fā)展進(jìn)行解析,做出了實(shí)踐意義較強(qiáng)的決策。針對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,用理性的態(tài)度去對(duì)待,力求客觀公正實(shí)事求是。對(duì)濰坊市農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織已經(jīng)取得的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及背后隱藏的顯著問(wèn)題進(jìn)行實(shí)質(zhì)性的總結(jié),有目標(biāo)的對(duì)影響農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織前進(jìn)過(guò)程中的指導(dǎo)思想、外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部機(jī)制等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行實(shí)質(zhì)性的探究,最后對(duì)加強(qiáng)自主發(fā)展、宣傳指導(dǎo)和政策扶持、提升標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平,加強(qiáng)人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、資金扶持、拓展服務(wù)方式等方面提出具有針對(duì)性的建議,并為進(jìn)一步加速濰坊市農(nóng)民合作經(jīng)濟(jì)組織的發(fā)展提出指導(dǎo)意見。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the further improvement and development of the market economy system, there are many new problems and new contradictions in the agricultural development. At present, the agricultural products have their own market, but this market is not perfect. There are many problems, which lead to the imbalance between supply and demand of agricultural by-products, and further affect the income of farmers, in view of this situation, the combination of strong and weak. The construction of peasant cooperative economic organizations with complementary advantages is in front of us. Therefore, while further promoting the construction of farmers' cooperative economic organizations, it can also promote the process of democratization in rural areas and help to transform the functions of the government. This will have an important impact on accelerating the scientific development of agricultural structure and actively constructing a new socialist countryside. This paper analyzes the development process of foreign farmers' cooperative economic organizations and the operation of our country's peasants' cooperative economy. Okay, comparison. Absorb the successful advanced experience at home and abroad, find out a scientific road suitable for the development of farmers' cooperative economic organizations in Weifang and even all over the country.
