【摘要】：加快鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展活力,逐步縮小城鄉(xiāng)差距,促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)共同繁榮,是實(shí)施科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的一項(xiàng)具體措施,也是我國實(shí)現(xiàn)小康社會宏偉目標(biāo)的一項(xiàng)重大舉措。鄉(xiāng)村如何充分發(fā)揮當(dāng)?shù)刭Y源優(yōu)勢,創(chuàng)新管理模式,建立一套因地制宜的長效發(fā)展機(jī)制,以提升鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)與發(fā)展速度顯得十分迫切和重要。本文選取中部地區(qū)撫州市鄉(xiāng)村為研究區(qū)域,在借鑒國內(nèi)外已有的研究成果基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合撫州市的區(qū)域?qū)嶋H,先后走訪了撫州市廣昌縣、南豐縣等11個(gè)縣區(qū)19個(gè)鄉(xiāng)村,調(diào)查對象覆蓋了不同職業(yè)和群體,調(diào)查樣本數(shù)量超過2000份,掌握了撫州市鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的具體情況。通過采取主成分分析、空間統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、問卷調(diào)查等方法,分析撫州市鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的空間差異特征,探討鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)差異的形成原因,并選取了具有代表性的鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展案例進(jìn)行剖析與解讀。研究表明:(1)空間差異格局:撫州市鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的空間差異性以縣域?yàn)閱挝粍澐譃槲鍌�(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū):臨川區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)圈、南豐縣經(jīng)濟(jì)圈、資溪縣經(jīng)濟(jì)圈,樂安縣落后區(qū)和廣昌縣落后區(qū)。(2)空間分異規(guī)律:鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平在東西方向上自東向西呈遞減趨勢,在南北方向上自北向南呈遞減趨勢。(3)空間自相關(guān)分析:鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)區(qū)集中分布在臨川區(qū)和南豐縣鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū),冷點(diǎn)區(qū)集中分布在樂安縣和廣昌縣鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū)。(4)成因分析:區(qū)位差異、與中心城區(qū)距離、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展策略、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和人口素質(zhì)等都對撫州市鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重大影響。同時(shí)沿著206國道的南城縣、南豐縣、金溪縣鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平均高于全市平均水平。主要以農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)為主樂安、廣昌等鄉(xiāng)村地區(qū),農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)條件相對落后,鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)沒有足夠的資金、技術(shù)、人力和財(cái)力得以支持,制約鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。(5)案例分析:羅家渡村的勞務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)、下洲村的蜜桔產(chǎn)業(yè)、大覺山的旅游業(yè)都促進(jìn)了本村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,說明加快推動“一縣一業(yè)”、“一鄉(xiāng)一品”、“一村一特”的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展局面能給鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展帶來質(zhì)的提升。流坑村和姚西村的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展始終處于落后地位,應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮資源優(yōu)勢,大力調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),堅(jiān)持統(tǒng)一品牌,因地制宜的發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)。
[Abstract]:Speeding up the development of rural economy, strengthening the vitality of rural economic development, gradually narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas, and promoting the common prosperity of urban and rural areas is a concrete measure to implement the scientific concept of development. It is also an important measure for our country to realize the grand goal of a well-off society. How to give full play to the advantages of local resources, innovate the management mode, and establish a set of long-term development mechanism adapted to local conditions. In order to improve the speed of rural construction and development is very urgent and important. This paper selects the rural areas in the central region of Fuzhou as the research area, on the basis of the existing research results at home and abroad, combined with the regional reality of Fuzhou. Visited Fuzhou Guangchang County, Nanfeng County and other 11 counties and 19 villages, the survey covered different occupations and groups, more than 2000 samples. Through principal component analysis, spatial statistical analysis, questionnaire survey and other methods to analyze the characteristics of rural economic spatial differences in Fuzhou. To explore the formation of rural economic differences. And selected the representative case of rural development for analysis and interpretation. Spatial difference pattern: the spatial difference of rural economic development in Fuzhou is divided into five economic zones: Linchuan economic circle. Nanfeng County Economic Circle, Zixi County Economic Circle, Lean County backward area and Guangchang County backward area.) the law of spatial differentiation: the level of rural economic development is decreasing from east to west in east-west direction. Spatial autocorrelation analysis: the hot spots of rural economic development are concentrated in Linchuan and Nanfeng rural areas. Cold-point area concentrated in Lean County and Guangchang County rural areas.) cause analysis: location differences, distance from the central city, township enterprises, economic development strategy. Infrastructure construction and population quality have a major impact on the rural economic development of Fuzhou. At the same time along the 206 National Road of Nancheng County, Nanfeng County. Jinxi County rural economic development level is higher than the average level of the city. Mainly agricultural production mainly in Le'an, Guangchang and other rural areas, agricultural production conditions are relatively backward, township enterprises do not have enough funds, technology. Human and financial support, restricting the development of rural economy. 5) case study: the labor economy of Luojiadu village, the honey orange industry of Xiazhou village, and the tourism industry of Dajieshan all promoted the economic development of this village. It shows that speeding up the agricultural development of "one county, one industry", "one township, one product" and "one village, one special" can bring a qualitative improvement to the development of the rural economy, and the economic development of Liukeng Village and Yaoxi Village has always been in a backward position. We should give full play to the advantages of resources, vigorously adjust the industrial structure, adhere to the unified brand, and develop rural economy according to local conditions.
