【摘要】：近年來,阿拉善盟腰壩灌區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展,人口和耕地數(shù)量逐步增多,農(nóng)業(yè)用水和生活用水需求隨之日益提高。由于當?shù)氐叵滤Y源缺乏補給且總量較少,導致水資源稀缺程度加劇,加之當?shù)芈浜蟮纳a(chǎn)生活用水方式和落后的用水意識,更加劇了用水矛盾的產(chǎn)生。腰壩灌區(qū)居民的主要謀生方式是售賣農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,所以農(nóng)業(yè)用水占當?shù)厮Y源利用的極大比例,如何有效利用提高農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率,改進農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用方式,節(jié)約農(nóng)業(yè)水資源占比,對腰壩灌區(qū)未來的可持續(xù)發(fā)展有著重要作用。本文以阿拉善盟腰壩灌區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用的現(xiàn)狀、農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率分析、農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率低下的原因以及提出相應的對策作為全文的主線。在農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率分析中,對當?shù)剞r(nóng)戶年齡、學歷、耕作年限、土壤種類、耕作畝數(shù)對農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率影響進行了分析,深入地闡述了該地農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率情況。得出當?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用的產(chǎn)量效率為1.49,農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用的產(chǎn)值效率為2.81,并且發(fā)現(xiàn)這兩個指標呈現(xiàn)出同增同減的趨勢。和全國以及鄰近省份相比較,腰壩灌區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率偏低。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率影響因素中農(nóng)戶的學歷、種子價格和土壤種類與農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率率呈正相關趨勢；耕作畝數(shù)在60畝以下時,畝數(shù)對農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率沒有明顯影響,但當大于60畝時,農(nóng)業(yè)水資源用利用效率同耕作畝數(shù)呈負相關趨勢；年齡在31～40歲間,農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率最高,其他年齡段農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率均有所下降；耕作經(jīng)驗與農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率沒有明顯關系；耕作成本在531～550元/畝時,農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率最高,其他成本區(qū)間農(nóng)業(yè)水資源利用效率均有所下降。在分析因素和存在的問題后,從水價、農(nóng)業(yè)節(jié)水政策、農(nóng)業(yè)節(jié)水技術和農(nóng)業(yè)種植結構調整等幾個方面提出了對策,尋求提高水資源利用效率的措施,以更好地促進當?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rapid development of Alashan Yaoba irrigation area social economy, gradually increasing the number of population and arable land, agricultural water and domestic water demand increased. Due to lack of local groundwater resources supply and the total amount is less, leads to the scarcity of water resources and intensified, when backward and backward mode of production and living water water awareness, more drama water contradictions. The main way of living of residents is the sale of Yaoba irrigation of agricultural products, so the agricultural water accounts for the vast majority of local water resources, how to effectively use to improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources, improve the utilization of agricultural water resources, saving agricultural water resources accounted for, plays an important role in the future of Yaoba irrigation area the sustainable development. This paper takes the Alashan waist status of agricultural water resources utilization dam irrigation area, analysis of agricultural water resource utilization efficiency, effective utilization of agricultural water resources The reasons for the low rate and put forward the corresponding countermeasures as the main line. In the agricultural water use efficiency analysis, the local farmers' age, education, cultivation age, soil type, farming acreage utilization efficiency on agriculture water resources were analyzed, discussed the situation of agricultural water use efficiency and the yield obtained. The efficiency of agricultural water resources utilization of the local 1.49, the output value of agricultural water resource utilization efficiency is 2.81, and found that the two indicators showed a trend to increase with the decrease. And the country and neighboring provinces compared to Yaoba irrigation by water resource efficiency is low. The study found that the factors influencing the efficiency of agricultural water resources in farmers the degree and type of soil seed price and utilization of agricultural water resources efficiency rate was positively related to farming acreage of 60 acres in the trend; when the acreage of agricultural water resource utilization efficiency is not Significantly, but when more than 60 acres, agricultural water resources utilization efficiency with farming acreage was negatively correlated; at the age of 31 to 40 years old, the agricultural water resources use efficiency is the highest, the utilization efficiency of agricultural water resources in other age groups were decreased; and the farming experience of agricultural water resources utilization efficiency has no obvious relation to farming; the cost in 531 ~ 550 yuan / mu, agricultural water use efficiency is the highest, the use efficiency of other cost of agricultural water resources decreased. In the analysis of the factors and problems, from the price of water, water saving agriculture policy, and puts forward some countermeasures in several aspects of agricultural water-saving technology and the adjustment of agricultural planting structure, to improve the efficiency water resources utilization measures, to better promote the development of local agriculture.
