【摘要】：自1994年開始,云南花卉在全國花卉市場一直占有50%以上的市場份額,在國際市場上也具有一定的影響力。然而近年來,受到市場多元化的沖擊,云南花卉暴露出品種單一、科技含量不足的劣勢,市場競爭力下降。造成這種發(fā)展困境的根本原因在于集群的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新能力不強(qiáng),而集群的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新活動歸根結(jié)底是由集群企業(yè)完成的。企業(yè)的研發(fā)創(chuàng)新需要創(chuàng)新知識的支持,從目前云南花卉企業(yè)成長現(xiàn)狀來看,其資金實(shí)力無法支持企業(yè)進(jìn)行完全自主的研發(fā),所以,企業(yè)需要與其他企業(yè)、機(jī)構(gòu)、組織等建立長期有效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化合作關(guān)系,為其研發(fā)創(chuàng)新活動提供創(chuàng)新性的知識和資源,這種網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的合作關(guān)系也被稱為知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)。從知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)角度論述企業(yè)成長是一個(gè)新的突破點(diǎn),研究認(rèn)為知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)的嵌入對企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動產(chǎn)生了重要的影響,是推動企業(yè)成長的關(guān)鍵要素。在面對知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)所帶來的知識資源與發(fā)展機(jī)會時(shí),企業(yè)要具備識別并充分利用這些資源的能力,因此我們引入了動態(tài)能力。動態(tài)能力研究的是企業(yè)如何在復(fù)雜多變的發(fā)展環(huán)境中整合資源以實(shí)現(xiàn)自身發(fā)展,研究表明,動態(tài)能力對企業(yè)的成長和發(fā)展具有重要的影響。因此,知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入和動態(tài)能力都會對企業(yè)成長產(chǎn)生重要的影響,且知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)的嵌入能夠通過影響企業(yè)獲取與整合異質(zhì)性資源的活動,從而影響動態(tài)能力的形成與構(gòu)建,即知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入可以通過影響動態(tài)能力,進(jìn)而影響企業(yè)的成長。目前從知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入視角進(jìn)行的研究多集中于高新技術(shù)企業(yè),本文從知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入的角度研究云南花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)集群企業(yè)的成長,并引入動態(tài)能力作為中介變量,具有非常重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文將基于企業(yè)成長理論、知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入理論和動態(tài)能力理論,選用定性研究和定量研究相結(jié)合的方法研究知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入對云南花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)集群企業(yè)成長的作用機(jī)理。首先,通過對已有文獻(xiàn)的梳理研究,建立本文的理論框架;然后,在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,探討知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)對企業(yè)成長的作用機(jī)理,并構(gòu)建知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入、動態(tài)能力和企業(yè)成長的關(guān)系模型,并提出研究假設(shè);最后,基于對云南花卉企業(yè)進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查所獲得的一手?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,驗(yàn)證本文的假設(shè)與關(guān)系模型。本文的研究結(jié)果表明:(1)知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性對企業(yè)成長具有正向影響,知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入性的兩個(gè)維度即結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入和關(guān)系嵌入也對企業(yè)成長產(chǎn)生正向影響。(2)知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入對動態(tài)能力具有顯著的正向影響,結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入和關(guān)系嵌入對動態(tài)能力也產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響,且知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入對動態(tài)能力的三個(gè)維度,即環(huán)境洞察力、組織柔性力和研發(fā)能力也具有顯著的正向影響。(3)動態(tài)能力對企業(yè)成長具有正向影響,組織柔性力和研發(fā)能力也對企業(yè)成長產(chǎn)生正向影響,只是環(huán)境洞察力對企業(yè)成長的影響不顯著。(4)動態(tài)能力在知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入與企業(yè)成長間起部分中介的作用。從最后的結(jié)果來看,絕大多數(shù)假設(shè)都得到了驗(yàn)證,說明知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)的嵌入對于企業(yè)成長有著非常重要的影響。本文的研究從微觀層面揭示了知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入對云南花卉企業(yè)成長的影響,并基于動態(tài)能力的中介作用分析了知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入對企業(yè)成長的作用機(jī)理,一方面豐富了相關(guān)理論和研究,為研究花卉企業(yè)的成長提供了一個(gè)新的思路和視角;另一方面,為云南花卉企業(yè)的成長提出幾點(diǎn)建議,為云南花卉產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的創(chuàng)新升級提供一定的參考依據(jù)。要提升云南花卉企業(yè)的成長性,需要企業(yè)、行業(yè)協(xié)會、政府等多方的共同努力,重視知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)嵌入和動態(tài)能力對企業(yè)成長的重要影響,推動知識網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成并嵌入到集群中,增強(qiáng)集群競爭力,進(jìn)而推動集群的發(fā)展和企業(yè)的成長。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of 1994, Yunnan flower has been more than 50% market share in the flower market, also has some influence in the international market. However, in recent years, by the impact of market diversification, Yunnan flower exposed single species, the disadvantage of the scientific and technological content, market competitiveness. The fundamental reason lies in the development of the development dilemma cluster innovation ability is not strong, and the cluster innovation activity after all is completed by the cluster of enterprises. Knowledge innovation to support the development of innovation needs of enterprises, from the current Yunnan flower enterprise growth situation, its financial strength to support enterprise development, so enterprises need to be completely independent, institutions and other enterprises, organizations. To establish a long-term cooperative relationship network effectively, to provide knowledge and resources for its innovative research and innovation activities, the network cooperation The Department is also called the knowledge network. From the perspective of knowledge network on enterprise growth is a new breakthrough research that has an important influence on the knowledge network embedded in production and business activities of enterprises, is the key factor to promote the growth of enterprises in the knowledge resources and development opportunities facing the knowledge network, enterprise to identify and make full use of these resources, so we introduce the dynamic ability. Dynamic capability is the study of how the complex development environment in the integration of resources to achieve their own development, research shows, has an important influence on the growth and development of dynamic capabilities to the enterprise. Therefore, the knowledge of network Embeddedness and dynamic ability will have an important impact on the growth of enterprises, and the knowledge network can be embedded acquisition and integration of heterogeneous resources by affecting the activities of enterprises, thus affecting the dynamic force The formation and construction of knowledge network embeddedness can be influenced by dynamic capabilities, thereby affecting the company's growth. Current research from the perspective of knowledge network embeddedness are more concentrated in high-tech enterprises, this paper studies the enterprise of Yunnan flower Industrial Clusters Growth from knowledge network embeddedness perspective, and the introduction of dynamic capabilities as a mediating variable, has high theoretical significance the important and practical significance. This paper based on the theory of enterprise growth, knowledge network embeddedness theory and dynamic capability theory, the mechanism of qualitative research and quantitative research method of combining the knowledge of network embeddedness of enterprises in Yunnan flower industry cluster growth. First of all, through the study of literatures, establish the theoretical framework of this paper; then, on the basis of theoretical analysis, to explore the mechanism of knowledge network on enterprise growth, and construct the knowledge network embedding, dynamic The relationship between model and growth of enterprises, and put forward the research hypothesis; finally, the empirical analysis of the survey to obtain first-hand data on Yunnan flower enterprises based on the assumption and relation model verification in this paper. The results of this study show that: (1) the knowledge of network embeddedness has a positive impact on the growth of enterprises, two dimensions knowledge of network embeddedness structure and embedded relational embeddedness also has a positive impact on the enterprise growth. (2) the knowledge of network embeddedness has a significant positive impact on dynamic capability, structural Embeddedness and relational embeddedness also have a significant positive impact on dynamic capability, and knowledge network embedded in the three dimensions of dynamic capabilities, namely environmental insight organization, flexible force and R & D capability has a significant positive effect. (3) the dynamic capability has a positive impact on the growth of enterprises, the organization flexible force and R & D capability of enterprise growth Positive effect, only environmental impact on the growth of enterprises is not significant insight. (4) the dynamic ability in knowledge network embeddedness and enterprise growth plays the part of the intermediary role. The final results, most assumptions have been verified, that the embedded knowledge network has an important influence on the growth of enterprises. The study reveals the impact of knowledge network embeddedness of Yunnan flower enterprise growth from the micro level, and the mediating effect of dynamic capability based on analysis of the mechanism of knowledge network embeddedness on enterprise growth, enriching the relevant theory and research, provides a new way of thinking and perspective for the study of the growth of another flower enterprises; and put forward some suggestions for the Yunnan flower business growth, and to provide reference for the innovation of Yunnan flower industry cluster upgrade. To enhance the growth of Yunnan flower enterprises, It is necessary for enterprises, industry associations and governments to make concerted efforts to emphasize the important influence of knowledge network embeddedness and dynamic capabilities on the growth of enterprises, and promote the formation and embedding of knowledge networks into clusters, and enhance the competitiveness of clusters, thus promoting the development of clusters and the growth of enterprises.
