中國城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)的生成、發(fā)展與消亡的農(nóng)業(yè)倫理學(xué)詮釋

【摘要】:城市和鄉(xiāng)村之間的區(qū)別全世界概莫能外。但城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)和在此基礎(chǔ)上形成的倫理觀,則為中華民族所獨(dú)有。中華族群由游牧社會的草地農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展為耕地農(nóng)業(yè)之時(shí),城廓也相偕發(fā)生。貴族和為貴族服務(wù)的人群居城廓,從事耕作的農(nóng)業(yè)勞動者居鄉(xiāng)野村落。隨著社會的發(fā)展,城廓逐步發(fā)展為城市,相對于鄉(xiāng)村出現(xiàn)日益明顯的差別。前者為社會管理、資源占有和分配中樞,后者則拱衛(wèi)城市安全,生產(chǎn)農(nóng)耕產(chǎn)品,并為城市提供生存資料,形成中國特色的城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu),并在城鄉(xiāng)兩者之間自然衍發(fā)與之相適應(yīng)的倫理系統(tǒng)。在中華民族數(shù)千年的發(fā)展過程中曾出現(xiàn)過不同的歷史階段和與之相應(yīng)的倫理觀,但城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)的本質(zhì)卻不曾改變,并使兩者的分野日益明顯,逐漸固化為城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu)。這一結(jié)構(gòu)雄踞傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)耕社會的文化倫理高地,影響深遠(yuǎn)。為更好地理解這一獨(dú)特社會結(jié)構(gòu)及其歷史影響,我們有必要探索其生成、發(fā)展與消亡進(jìn)程,明晰其歷史功過,為創(chuàng)建新時(shí)期的農(nóng)業(yè)倫理觀提供參照。
[Abstract]:The distinction between cities and villages is universal. But the dual structure of urban and rural areas and the ethical concept formed on this basis. It is unique to the Chinese nation. When the Chinese ethnic group developed from nomadic grassland agriculture to cultivated land agriculture, the city profile also happened together. The aristocrats and the people who served for the aristocrats lived in the city. Farming workers live in rural villages. With the development of society, the city profile has gradually developed into a city, relative to the rural areas there are increasingly obvious differences. The former is social management, resource possession and distribution center. The latter is Gongwei City Safety, produce agricultural products, and provide survival materials for the city, forming a dual structure of urban and rural areas with Chinese characteristics. In the process of the development of the Chinese nation for thousands of years, there have been different historical stages and corresponding ethical views. However, the essence of the urban-rural dual structure has not changed, and the distinction between the two has become increasingly obvious, gradually solidifying into the urban-rural dual structure, which dominates the cultural and ethical highlands of the traditional farming society. In order to better understand this unique social structure and its historical influence, it is necessary for us to explore the process of its formation, development and extinction, clarify its historical merits and demerits, and provide a reference for the establishment of agricultural ethics in the new period.
