【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)導致農(nóng)民失去土地而形成的失地農(nóng)民群體,即鄉(xiāng)村旅游型失地農(nóng)民。隨著鄉(xiāng)村旅游開發(fā)力度的加大,鄉(xiāng)村旅游型失地農(nóng)民在失地過程中所存在的問題也日趨嚴重。文章認為,解決鄉(xiāng)村旅游型失地農(nóng)民問題,尤其是解決鄉(xiāng)村旅游型失地農(nóng)民的收益分配——經(jīng)濟補償和社會保障問題,是我國城市化建設(shè)、經(jīng)濟增長和社會穩(wěn)定的先決條件。文章從保險資金的籌集、完善醫(yī)療和保險制度、完善社會保障資金的賬戶設(shè)置等方面提出對策。
[Abstract]:With the increase of rural tourism development , the problem of rural tourism - type lost farmers in the process of losing ground is becoming more and more serious . The paper holds that the problem of rural tourism - type lost farmers ' income distribution , economic compensation and social security is a prerequisite for Chinese urbanization , economic growth and social stability . This paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspects of raising the insurance funds , perfecting the medical and insurance system and perfecting the account setting of social security funds .
