【摘要】：我國農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)工作自1991年正式啟動以來,取得了一定的成績。21世紀(jì)以來,中央連續(xù)八個一號文件和十七屆三中全會決定都對“健全農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)體系”提出了明確要求,2015年,中央一號文件再次提出要強化農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)體系。農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)的不完善阻礙了家庭農(nóng)場的發(fā)展,要發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè),必須建設(shè)綜合配套、覆蓋全程、便捷高效的農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)體系。因而,建立和規(guī)范與家庭農(nóng)場相適應(yīng)的新型的農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)體系是彌補我國農(nóng)業(yè)服務(wù)短板的重要舉措。為了解當(dāng)前陜西關(guān)中地區(qū)家庭農(nóng)場對農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)的滿意度和需求的實際情況,本研究在寶雞、咸陽、西安、銅川、渭南和楊凌等關(guān)中地區(qū)開展了針對家庭農(nóng)場的農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)調(diào)研工作,研究了家庭農(nóng)場主個人基本情況、家庭情況、家庭農(nóng)場的農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)供給情況、家庭農(nóng)場主對當(dāng)前農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)的滿意度評價及需求取向。運用隨機分層抽樣的方法定點收取了典型樣本,建立了家庭農(nóng)場農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)滿意度的多元有序Logistic模型,運用spss 17.0軟件分析確定了影響農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)體系滿意度的顯著因素。為探討家庭農(nóng)場對農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)的滿意度和需求的關(guān)系,構(gòu)建二、多元Logistic回歸模型,并分別分析兩者之間的相關(guān)程度。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)陜西關(guān)中地區(qū)家庭農(nóng)場對當(dāng)前的農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)滿意度為一般滿意,非常滿意僅占7.3%。(2)加強農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)、植保與防疫、收購與銷售和貸款服務(wù)可使家庭農(nóng)場對農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)滿意度水平整體提高;(3)家庭農(nóng)場主對農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)需求最大且最為迫切,而對信息服務(wù)、農(nóng)業(yè)保險服務(wù)需求中等,對養(yǎng)老保險服務(wù)和氣象預(yù)測服務(wù)需求不強。(4)論文初步構(gòu)建了陜西關(guān)中地區(qū)家庭農(nóng)場的農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)規(guī)范。規(guī)范的構(gòu)建對提高家庭農(nóng)場的農(nóng)業(yè)社會化服務(wù)水平有一定意義。
[Abstract]:Since 1991, the socialized service of agriculture in our country has been officially launched, and has made some achievements since the 21st century. The first document of the Central Committee and the decision of the third Plenary session of the 17 Central Committee all put forward clear requirements for "perfecting the agricultural socialized service system" in 2015. The No. 1 document of the Central Committee once again proposes to strengthen the agricultural socialized service system. The imperfect agricultural socialized service hinders the development of the family farm. In order to develop modern agriculture, it is necessary to build a comprehensive supporting system and cover the whole process. Convenient and efficient agricultural socialized service system. Establishing and standardizing a new type of agricultural socialized service system adapted to family farm is an important measure to make up for the shortage of agricultural service in our country. In order to understand the satisfaction of family farm to agricultural socialized service in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province at present. And the actual needs. This study in Baoji, Xianyang, Xi'an, Tongchuan, Weinan and Yang Ling and other areas of Guanzhong agricultural socialized service for family farm research work, the basic situation of family farmers, family situation. The supply of agricultural socialized services in family farms, the satisfaction evaluation and demand orientation of family farmers on the current agricultural socialized services, and the use of random stratified sampling method to collect typical samples at fixed points. The multivariate ordered Logistic model of the satisfaction degree of agricultural socialized service in family farm was established. Using spss 17.0 software to analyze and determine the significant factors that affect the satisfaction degree of agricultural socialized service system. In order to explore the relationship between the satisfaction degree and demand of agricultural socialized service on the family farm, construct 2. The multivariate Logistic regression model and the correlation degree between them were analyzed. The results show that the family farm in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province is generally satisfied with the current social service of agriculture. (2) strengthen agricultural technology, plant protection and epidemic prevention, purchase and sale and loan service can improve the satisfaction level of family farm to agricultural socialized service as a whole; Family farmers have the greatest and most urgent demand for agricultural technical services, while for information services, agricultural insurance services have a moderate demand. The demand for old-age insurance service and meteorological forecast service is not strong. The paper preliminarily constructs the agricultural socialized service standard of the family farm in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi province, and the construction of the norm has certain significance to improve the agricultural socialized service level of the family farm.
