【摘要】：如何實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)創(chuàng)新是農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)政策和學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。文章通過梳理契約農(nóng)業(yè)的演進(jìn)過程發(fā)現(xiàn),傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的過度逐利性會(huì)導(dǎo)致農(nóng)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈效率低下,嚴(yán)重制約了"公司+農(nóng)戶"模式的可持續(xù)發(fā)展�；诖�,文章利用社會(huì)企業(yè)兼具扶持弱勢群體的社會(huì)功效和商業(yè)運(yùn)作可持續(xù)性的特質(zhì),引入關(guān)系嵌入和結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入機(jī)制,探究了農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)企業(yè)基于傳統(tǒng)訂單式農(nóng)業(yè)的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新;并利用"千村調(diào)查"樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,得出如下結(jié)論:第一,農(nóng)業(yè)社會(huì)企業(yè)的加入不僅能夠調(diào)動(dòng)農(nóng)戶從事農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的積極性,并且對提高農(nóng)戶績效有很大的幫助;第二,高水平的關(guān)系嵌入和結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入可以將農(nóng)戶利益與社會(huì)企業(yè)自身利益捆綁,以更好地促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展;第三,傳統(tǒng)的訂單式農(nóng)業(yè)無法滿足新形勢下現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展需求,需要探索新的商業(yè)模式以實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)多元化。
[Abstract]:How to realize the innovation of productive service is the focus of agricultural industry policy and academia. The excessive profit-driven nature of traditional agricultural enterprises will lead to the inefficiency of agricultural supply chain, which seriously restricts the sustainable development of the mode of "company farmers". This paper introduces the mechanism of relational embedding and structural embedding by using the characteristics of social efficiency and sustainability of business operation of social enterprises to support the vulnerable groups. This paper probes into the innovation of agricultural social enterprises' business model based on traditional ordering agriculture. And the use of "1000 Village Survey" sample data to verify, draw the following conclusions: first, the participation of agricultural social enterprises can not only mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers engaged in agricultural production. And to improve the performance of farmers have a lot of help; Second, the high level of relationship embedding and structural embedding can bind the interests of farmers with the interests of social enterprises, in order to better promote the sustainable development of agriculture; Third, the traditional order agriculture can not meet the needs of the development of modern agricultural industry under the new situation, so it is necessary to explore new business model to realize the diversification of agricultural industry.
