【摘要】：在"一帶一路"建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的背景下,我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品跨境電商迎來(lái)了大好契機(jī),但由于處在起始階段還存在發(fā)展不平衡、物流體系不健全、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全隱患較多、售后服務(wù)跟不上、信息安全和信用體系建設(shè)不完善等問(wèn)題。為了推動(dòng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品跨境電商的健康發(fā)展,我們應(yīng)當(dāng)借助"一帶一路"建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略的機(jī)遇構(gòu)建良好的政策環(huán)境、成熟的物流體系、合理的稅收征管體系、規(guī)范的信用體系。
[Abstract]:In the implementation of the "The Belt and Road" strategy under the background of China's agricultural products cross-border business ushered in a golden opportunity, but because there are still in the initial stage of development is not balanced, the logistics system is not perfect, many quality safety products, customer service service can not keep up, the issue of information security and credit system construction is not perfect. In order to promote the healthy development of agricultural products of cross-border electricity supplier, we should use the "The Belt and Road building strategic opportunities to build a good policy environment, mature logistics system, reasonable tax system, regulate the credit system.
