【摘要】:蔬菜是國(guó)民生活不可或缺的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,保障蔬菜穩(wěn)定生產(chǎn)關(guān)乎國(guó)計(jì)民生。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)蔬菜生產(chǎn)的空間格局發(fā)生了很大變化,蔬菜生產(chǎn)呈現(xiàn)空間集聚特征。分析蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚的特征及集聚的影響因素,能夠把握蔬菜生產(chǎn)的空間分布演變路徑和原因,同時(shí)為調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)和優(yōu)化蔬菜生產(chǎn)布局提供依據(jù),對(duì)于保障蔬菜穩(wěn)定持續(xù)生產(chǎn)和發(fā)展地區(qū)蔬菜產(chǎn)業(yè)具有重要意義。本文主要研究?jī)?nèi)容及結(jié)論如下:(1)蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚水平的測(cè)量。本文基于1978-2013年我國(guó)各省蔬菜生產(chǎn)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用空間基尼系數(shù)、FLQ值、全局空間自相關(guān)指數(shù)和局部空間自相關(guān)指數(shù)等測(cè)量方法,對(duì)1978-2013年我國(guó)各省蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚度進(jìn)行了測(cè)量。(2)蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚的時(shí)空特征。本文在集聚水平測(cè)量基礎(chǔ)上,刻畫(huà)了我國(guó)蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚的時(shí)空特征。結(jié)果表明我國(guó)蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚總體呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì)并具有階段性特征;蔬菜生產(chǎn)總體為中等集聚水平但各地集聚程度差異較大;蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚呈現(xiàn)地域梯度和連片化特征。(3)蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚的影響因素分析。本文對(duì)可能影響蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚的眾多因素展開(kāi)了理論和實(shí)證研究;1995—2013年我國(guó)蔬菜生產(chǎn)的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),實(shí)證分析了蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚的影響因素,結(jié)果表明我國(guó)蔬菜生產(chǎn)地理集聚的影響因素主要為:灌溉條件、非農(nóng)就業(yè)、市場(chǎng)需求、知識(shí)溢出、比較效益、農(nóng)村道路和政府政策等。(4)蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚的研究結(jié)論及政策建議。本文針對(duì)我國(guó)蔬菜生產(chǎn)的時(shí)空特征和影響因素,提出相應(yīng)的政策建議:重視蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚作用,建設(shè)特色化和專業(yè)化的蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚區(qū),發(fā)展蔬菜生產(chǎn)的相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè);改善蔬菜生產(chǎn)條件,加強(qiáng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè);建立蔬菜生產(chǎn)保險(xiǎn)制度,穩(wěn)定農(nóng)戶預(yù)期收益等。研究的創(chuàng)新之處在于三個(gè)方面:一是研究亮點(diǎn)鮮明:本文基于省級(jí)層面數(shù)據(jù)綜合運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚指標(biāo)和集聚分布圖,刻畫(huà)了我國(guó)蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚變動(dòng)的時(shí)空特征。二是研究?jī)?nèi)容創(chuàng)新:本文對(duì)可能影響我國(guó)蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚的因素進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的理論和實(shí)證分析,得出了我國(guó)蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚的影響因素。三是研究視角創(chuàng)新:本文基于空間經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理理論對(duì)蔬菜生產(chǎn)集聚及影響因素分析,能夠?yàn)楫a(chǎn)業(yè)集聚研究補(bǔ)充來(lái)自中國(guó)蔬菜生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域的研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:Vegetable is an indispensable agricultural product in national life, and ensuring the stable production of vegetables is related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Since the reform and opening up, the spatial pattern of vegetable production in China has changed a lot. The analysis of the characteristics of vegetable production agglomeration and the factors affecting the agglomeration can grasp the evolution path and reasons of the spatial distribution of vegetable production. At the same time, it provides the basis for adjusting the agricultural production structure and optimizing the layout of vegetable production. It is of great significance to ensure the stable and sustainable production of vegetables and to develop the vegetable industry in the region. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1). The measurement of vegetable production concentration level. This paper based on the relevant data of vegetable production in various provinces of China from 1978 to 2013. The spatial Gini coefficient and FLQ, global spatial autocorrelation index and local spatial autocorrelation index are used. The spatial and temporal characteristics of vegetable production agglomeration in various provinces of China from 1978 to 2013 were measured. The spatial and temporal characteristics of vegetable production agglomeration in China are described. Vegetable production in general is of moderate agglomeration level, but the degree of agglomeration varies greatly. The agglomeration of vegetable production presents regional gradient and piecewise characteristics. This paper has carried out theoretical and empirical research on many factors that may affect the agglomeration of vegetable production. Based on the relevant data of Chinese vegetable production from 1995 to 2013. Empirical analysis of the factors affecting the agglomeration of vegetable production, the results show that the main factors affecting the geographical agglomeration of vegetable production in China are: irrigation conditions, non-agricultural employment, market demand, knowledge spillover, comparative benefits. Research conclusions and policy recommendations on vegetable production agglomeration. This paper aims at the space-time characteristics and influencing factors of vegetable production in China. Put forward the corresponding policy suggestion: attach importance to the function of vegetable production agglomeration, construct special and specialized vegetable production agglomeration area, develop the related industry of vegetable production; Improving vegetable production conditions and strengthening infrastructure construction; Establish vegetable production insurance system. The innovation of the research lies in three aspects: first, the bright spot of the research: this paper based on the provincial level data comprehensive use of industrial agglomeration indicators and agglomeration distribution map. This paper describes the spatio-temporal characteristics of the agglomeration of vegetable production in China. Second, the content innovation: this paper makes a systematic theoretical and empirical analysis of the factors that may affect the agglomeration of vegetable production in China. The factors affecting the agglomeration of vegetable production in China are obtained. Third, the innovation of research perspective: based on the spatial economics and the new economic geography theory, this paper analyzes the agglomeration of vegetable production and its influencing factors. It can supplement the research experience of vegetable production in China for the study of industrial agglomeration.
