【摘要】：循證實(shí)踐即遵循證據(jù)進(jìn)行的實(shí)踐,該方法發(fā)源于醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,在人文社會(huì)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域逐漸成熟和發(fā)展,進(jìn)而形成了一種獨(dú)特的實(shí)踐方法與工作理念。本研究在循證實(shí)踐的框架下對(duì)我國(guó)精準(zhǔn)扶貧采取循證方法進(jìn)行實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了理論分析,根據(jù)循證實(shí)踐的一般特征,結(jié)合我國(guó)精準(zhǔn)扶貧的特殊情況,對(duì)精準(zhǔn)扶貧要求下的循證實(shí)踐機(jī)制進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì),從循證實(shí)踐方法論的視角對(duì)未來(lái)我國(guó)循證精準(zhǔn)扶貧進(jìn)行了探討。循證精準(zhǔn)扶貧實(shí)踐主張慎重、準(zhǔn)確和明智地應(yīng)用當(dāng)前所能獲得最好反貧困研究證據(jù),根據(jù)扶貧工作者的專(zhuān)業(yè)素養(yǎng)及其扶貧經(jīng)驗(yàn),考慮貧困對(duì)象的實(shí)際致貧原因及其愿望,并將這三者進(jìn)行結(jié)合制定出有效的扶貧方案。通過(guò)分析循證實(shí)踐方法機(jī)理、精準(zhǔn)扶貧現(xiàn)狀以及將二者相結(jié)合可能面臨的困難,文中認(rèn)為:精準(zhǔn)扶貧機(jī)制作用機(jī)理符合循證實(shí)踐的機(jī)理;循證實(shí)踐方法能夠契合當(dāng)前及未來(lái)我國(guó)精準(zhǔn)扶貧實(shí)踐的需要;循證實(shí)踐方法是一種合適且有效的幫助消除貧困的研究與實(shí)踐方法。
[Abstract]:Evidence-based practice follows the practice of evidence. This method originated in the field of medicine and gradually matured and developed in the field of humanities and social sciences. And then formed a unique practice method and work concept. This study under the framework of evidence-based practice of accurate poverty alleviation in China to take evidence-based methods to carry out theoretical analysis, according to the general characteristics of evidence-based practice. Combined with the special situation of precision poverty alleviation in China, the evidence-based practice mechanism under the requirement of precision poverty alleviation is redesigned. From the perspective of Evidence-based practice Methodology, this paper discusses the future of Evidence-based Precision Poverty Alleviation in China. Evidence-based Precision Poverty Alleviation practice advocates prudent, accurate and wise application of current best anti-poverty research evidence. According to the professional accomplishment of the poverty-stricken workers and their poverty alleviation experience, considering the actual causes and aspirations of the poor, and combining the three to formulate an effective poverty alleviation program. Through the analysis of evidence-based practice method mechanism. The present situation of precision poverty alleviation and the difficulties which may be faced by combining the two are considered in this paper: the mechanism of precision poverty alleviation is in line with the mechanism of evidence-based practice; Evidence-based practice can meet the needs of the current and future precision poverty alleviation practice in China; Evidence-based approach is an appropriate and effective method of research and practice to help eradicate poverty.
