【摘要】：老撾的經(jīng)濟(jì)來源以農(nóng)業(yè)為主,并且在近幾十年的發(fā)展當(dāng)中獲得了明顯的成就。當(dāng)前,老撾的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模,并已成為促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展,提高農(nóng)民收入的重要手段,但在農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展方面還存在許多困難和不足。因此,對老撾農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)行深入研究,對老撾經(jīng)濟(jì)社會持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要現(xiàn)實(shí)意義�？傮w來看,老撾農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化有著良好的發(fā)展趨勢,特別是以萬象市為代表的地區(qū),已經(jīng)形成了以土地承包經(jīng)營權(quán)入股、聘用能人負(fù)責(zé)經(jīng)營、建立互動(dòng)共贏的利益聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制等農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展的模式。萬壽菊咖啡集團(tuán)是老撾農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展較好的個(gè)案代表。需要看到的是,當(dāng)前老撾農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展中存在農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不完善、勞動(dòng)力素質(zhì)不高、農(nóng)業(yè)集約化水平偏低等主要問題,導(dǎo)致這些問題的主要因素包括缺乏龍頭企業(yè)帶動(dòng)、法律不完善以及農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品牌效應(yīng)不強(qiáng)等。促進(jìn)老撾農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化進(jìn)一步發(fā)展需從以下方面著手:第一,大力培養(yǎng)龍頭企業(yè),帶動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展;第二,完善相關(guān)法律,提高政府工作效率;第三,利用國際舞臺,提升農(nóng)業(yè)品牌;第四,借鑒國際經(jīng)驗(yàn),抓好重點(diǎn)環(huán)節(jié)。
[Abstract]:The main source of economy in Laos is agriculture, and in recent decades of development has made obvious achievements. At present, Laos's agricultural industrialization has begun to take shape, and has become a promotion of agricultural development. There are still many difficulties and deficiencies in the further development of agricultural industrialization. Therefore, the Lao agricultural industrialization is deeply studied. On the whole, Lao agricultural industrialization has a good development trend, especially in the region represented by Vientiane. Has formed with the land contract management right to buy shares, hire can be responsible for the operation. Establish interactive win-win interest linkage mechanism and other agricultural industrialization development model. Marigold Coffee Group is a good example of Lao agricultural industrialization development. The need to see is. At present, there are some main problems in the development of agricultural industrialization in Laos, such as imperfect agricultural infrastructure, low quality of labor force and low level of agricultural intensification. The main factors leading to these problems include the lack of leading enterprises. The law is imperfect and the brand effect of agricultural products is not strong. To promote the further development of Lao agricultural industrialization, we should start from the following aspects: first, vigorously train leading enterprises to promote the development of agricultural industrialization; Second, improve the relevant laws and improve the efficiency of government work; Third, use the international stage to promote agricultural brands; In 4th, draw lessons from international experience, do a good job of key links.
