【摘要】：近年來,在國家高度重視農業(yè)綜合體建設,加快推進三產融合的背景下,具體有資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境友好特點的多功能農業(yè)得到了較快發(fā)展,休閑農場作為一種重要載體和模式也得到重視,出現(xiàn)了點、線、面發(fā)展的格局。福建閩清豐達休閑農場是一家發(fā)展較早和具有典型區(qū)域特點的農場,值得深入研究和剖析。本研究在實地調查的基礎上,主要利用TCM和CVM兩種方法對豐達農莊生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務價值進行評價,研究結果為:(1)休閑農場農業(yè)資源或土地資源與傳統(tǒng)農業(yè)相比有著更高的收益,將傳統(tǒng)農業(yè)轉型為以農業(yè)體驗觀光為主的休閑農場能夠提高土地的效益,同時也可以轉化農村勞動力,提高農村的經濟效益;(2)從間接的價值情況來看,休閑農場可以體現(xiàn)非市場的使用價值以及提高社會福利,特別是從休憩價值來看,2015年豐達農場的消費者剩余為7.24*107元,同時通過對數(shù)據(jù)分析可確定休閑農場的最佳規(guī)模面積,為休閑農業(yè)的管理和農場發(fā)展提供依據(jù);(3)從CVM模型來看,通過計算農場的存在價值估計出農場與傳統(tǒng)的農耕比較優(yōu)勢,為農業(yè)轉型提供了數(shù)據(jù)支持。論文根據(jù)研究結果,還分別從科學規(guī)劃、特色營造、經營管理等角度提出了對策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the background that the state attaches great importance to the construction of agricultural complex and accelerates the integration of three industries, the multi-functional agriculture, which has the characteristics of resource saving and environmental friendliness, has been developing rapidly. Leisure farm as an important carrier and model has been attached importance to, appeared the pattern of development of points, lines, facets. Fujian Fuqing Fengda leisure farm is an early development and has the typical regional characteristics of the farm. On the basis of field investigation, this study mainly uses two methods, TCM and CVM, to evaluate the ecosystem service value of Fengda Farm. The result is: 1) the agricultural resources or land resources of the leisure farm have higher income than the traditional agriculture. The transformation of the traditional agriculture to the leisure farm based on the agricultural experience and sightseeing can improve the benefit of the land. At the same time, it can also transform the rural labor force and improve the economic benefits of the rural areas; From the indirect value situation, leisure farm can reflect the non-market use value and improve social welfare, especially from the view of rest value. In 2015, the surplus of consumers in Fengda Farm was 7.244107.At the same time, the best scale area of leisure farm could be determined through the analysis of data, which provided the basis for the management of leisure agriculture and the development of the farm. From the view of CVM model, the comparative advantage of farm and traditional farming is estimated by calculating the existence value of farm, which provides data support for agricultural transformation. According to the research results, the paper also plans scientifically. Characteristic construction, management and other angles put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
