【摘要】：當(dāng)前是我國(guó)加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè),推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的關(guān)進(jìn)時(shí)期,全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)、解決民生問(wèn)題的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)在農(nóng)村。發(fā)展特色經(jīng)濟(jì)是推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)聚集升級(jí),轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方向、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,是全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的重要手段。利用區(qū)域內(nèi)特色農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)培育出具有市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力量的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,利用其聯(lián)動(dòng)第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè),才能最終實(shí)現(xiàn)區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)及整體經(jīng)濟(jì)的跨越式發(fā)展。本文在汲取國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀為指導(dǎo),通過(guò)運(yùn)用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)管理、農(nóng)業(yè)推廣學(xué)等相關(guān)理論,對(duì)靜樂(lè)縣特色農(nóng)業(yè)基本情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,利用產(chǎn)量規(guī)模優(yōu)勢(shì)分析、規(guī)模比較優(yōu)勢(shì)、綜合比較優(yōu)勢(shì)分析及潛力優(yōu)勢(shì)分析靜樂(lè)縣特色農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在,針對(duì)特色農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及出現(xiàn)的投入水平低,各部門合作松散及品牌意識(shí)不強(qiáng),銷售渠道不暢等問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,提出針對(duì)靜樂(lè)縣開發(fā)特色產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展思路及建議,希望以點(diǎn)帶面對(duì)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)時(shí)期如何發(fā)展特色產(chǎn)業(yè)提供建議,并探索調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民增收的實(shí)踐意義。
[Abstract]:At present our country is speeding up the development of modern agriculture, promote the construction of new socialist countryside in the period of building a well-off society, the emphasis and difficulty to solve the livelihood problems in rural areas. The development of characteristic economy is to promote the upgrading of the agricultural industry agglomeration, agricultural development direction, optimize the industrial layout, is an important means of building a well-off society. By region the characteristics of agricultural industry produce a market competitive power of agricultural products, the use of the second, third industry linkage, in order to realize the leaping development of regional agriculture and the economy as a whole. This paper based on absorbing the research results of scholars at home and abroad, with Scientific Outlook on Development as a guide, through the use of regional economics, sustainable development of agriculture and rural economic management theory agricultural extension, investigation and Research on the basic situation of the agricultural characteristic jingle Xian, analyzed by production scale advantages, scale Comparative advantage, comparative advantage analysis and potential advantage analysis of the characteristics of agricultural products jinglexian advantage, according to the present situation of characteristic agricultural development and investment level is low, the cooperation between government departments and the loose brand awareness is not strong, the problem of poor sales channels, put forward ideas and suggestions for the development of special industries jinglexian. I hope to point to face during the new socialist rural construction to the development of special industries to provide advice, and to explore the adjustment of agricultural structure to realize farmers practical significance.
