【摘要】:現(xiàn)今社會大分工背景下,各行各業(yè)都基于專業(yè)化的分工協(xié)作將生產(chǎn)越做越小。為什么農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)規(guī)模反而越做越大,龍頭企業(yè)不斷進行擴張和產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的延伸是一個值得研究的問題。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)通過產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)營的方式來進行全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的模式創(chuàng)新和路徑演化,對于保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全,增強企業(yè)能力以及發(fā)揮協(xié)同效應(yīng)方面均具有重要意義。本文擬從產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)營的角度出發(fā),探究農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合過程中的產(chǎn)權(quán)變化以及價值創(chuàng)造。根據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的內(nèi)生邏輯,將農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合界定為以農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈龍頭企業(yè)為鏈核,以各參與對象為產(chǎn)權(quán)歸屬主體,以產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各節(jié)點為產(chǎn)權(quán)使用載體,以大數(shù)據(jù)平臺為產(chǎn)權(quán)顯性紐帶,對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈實施縱向、橫向、跨界三維整合,實現(xiàn)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的整合路徑由點到線、由線到面、由面到網(wǎng)的演化突破。在這一整合過程中,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)權(quán)的內(nèi)部碎化和外部強化。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合需要有能力的龍頭企業(yè)來主導(dǎo),實現(xiàn)不同產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條間的動態(tài)匹配。龍頭企業(yè)以大數(shù)據(jù)平臺為整合紐帶,通過產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)營的方式,對產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條上的細(xì)分整合載體如研發(fā)、原料基地、加工生產(chǎn)、倉儲物流以及消費終端實現(xiàn)有效控制,使得自身與農(nóng)戶、經(jīng)銷商、消費者、技術(shù)服務(wù)公司等整合主體在互動與聯(lián)合過程中共享共生利益。產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)營視角下,龍頭企業(yè)以全資、控股、參股三種具體的股權(quán)變動方式作為產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)營的措施,分別從縱向滲透、橫向協(xié)同、跨界聯(lián)合三個維度對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進行整合,最終實現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工業(yè)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合路徑由點——線——面——網(wǎng)的演化突破。在這一整合過程中,龍頭企業(yè)通過全資內(nèi)部子公司實現(xiàn)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的縱向滲透,原有單一的企業(yè)節(jié)點向上下游縱向延伸演化為線性鏈條,龍頭企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)內(nèi)部呈現(xiàn)碎化狀態(tài);龍頭企業(yè)通過控股外部同質(zhì)企業(yè)實現(xiàn)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的橫向協(xié)同,原有的線性產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條得到加粗,向外部拓寬形成產(chǎn)業(yè)平面,龍頭企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)外部呈現(xiàn)強化狀態(tài);進而龍頭企業(yè)通過參股外部異質(zhì)資源實現(xiàn)全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的跨界聯(lián)合,突破了因橫向協(xié)同形成的產(chǎn)業(yè)平面,鏈接到外部的各個共生產(chǎn)業(yè)單元,全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合路徑形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)狀的發(fā)展態(tài)勢,龍頭企業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)外部呈現(xiàn)強化狀態(tài)。結(jié)合典型案例的實證研究表明,產(chǎn)權(quán)具有普適性,通過全資、控股、參股的產(chǎn)權(quán)經(jīng)營方式能夠有效促進農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工行業(yè)的全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合。最后,對于全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合潛在的風(fēng)險諸如資金風(fēng)險較高、管理協(xié)調(diào)成本較大、資源配置分散等問題做以探討并提出風(fēng)險規(guī)避措施。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the great division of labor in the society, the production will become smaller and smaller based on the specialized division of labor and cooperation. Why the scale of agricultural products processing industry is becoming larger and larger instead. The expansion of leading enterprises and the extension of the industrial chain is a problem worthy of study. The mode innovation and path evolution of the integration of the whole industrial chain through the way of property rights management are carried out in the agricultural product processing industry. It is of great significance to ensure the quality and safety of products, enhance the ability of enterprises and bring into play the synergetic effect. This paper intends to proceed from the angle of property right management. To explore the change of property rights and value creation in the process of the integration of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products processing industry, according to the endogenous logic of the industrial chain. The integration of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products processing industry is defined as the chain core of the leading enterprises of the agricultural product processing industry chain, the main body of ownership of each participating object, and the node of the industrial chain as the carrier of property right. With big data platform as the dominant property right link, vertical, horizontal and cross-border integration of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products processing industry is carried out, and the integration path of the whole industrial chain is from point to line, from line to surface. In this integration process, the internal fragmentation and external strengthening of property rights are realized. The integration of the whole industrial chain of agricultural products processing industry needs leading enterprises with the ability to lead. Under the perspective of property rights management. Leading enterprises take three specific ways of equity change as measures of property right management, which are vertical penetration and horizontal coordination. Cross-border integration of the three dimensions of the agricultural products processing industry chain integration, and finally achieve the integration of the agricultural product processing industry from the point-line-surface-network evolution breakthrough. In this integration process. Leading enterprises realize the vertical penetration of the integration of the whole industry chain through the wholly-funded internal subsidiaries. The original single enterprise node extends vertically to the upstream and downstream and evolves into a linear chain, and the internal property rights of the leading enterprises present a state of fragmentation. Leading enterprises through holding the external homogeneous enterprises to achieve the horizontal coordination of the integration of the entire industrial chain, the original linear industrial chain has been thickened, widened to the outside to form an industrial plane, leading enterprises external property rights show a strengthened state; And then leading enterprises through the participation of foreign heterogeneous resources to achieve the cross-border integration of industrial chain integration, breaking through the horizontal coordination of the formation of the industrial plane, linked to the external symbiotic industrial units. The integration path of the whole industry chain forms the development trend of the network, and the external property rights of the leading enterprises take on a strengthened state. Combined with the empirical study of typical cases, the property rights have universality, through the full capital, holding. Equity ownership management can effectively promote the integration of the whole industry chain of agricultural products processing industry. Finally, for the potential risks of integration of the whole industry chain, such as higher capital risks, management coordination costs are higher. Resource allocation and other issues to explore and propose risk-aversion measures.
