【摘要】：[目的]從農(nóng)戶經(jīng)營(yíng)角度研究流轉(zhuǎn)耕地與非流轉(zhuǎn)耕地之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益差異,并找出造成差異的成因,為提高土地經(jīng)營(yíng)效益,加快土地流轉(zhuǎn)提供參考依據(jù)。[方法]基于農(nóng)戶投入產(chǎn)出調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),采用對(duì)比分析方法研究流轉(zhuǎn)耕地與非流轉(zhuǎn)耕地之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益差異,借助多元線性回歸和處置效應(yīng)模型研究造成經(jīng)濟(jì)效益差異的成因。[結(jié)果]耕地流轉(zhuǎn)后的地塊面積均有不同程度的擴(kuò)大,但單位面積產(chǎn)出減少;耕地流轉(zhuǎn)后土地租金等非物質(zhì)投入增加,導(dǎo)致單位耕地凈收入低于非流轉(zhuǎn)耕地;流轉(zhuǎn)耕地用于種植經(jīng)濟(jì)作物的收益高于糧食作物;農(nóng)業(yè)收入占家庭收入比重和土地確權(quán)對(duì)單位耕地流轉(zhuǎn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益有顯著正向影響,而耕地地塊面積有顯著負(fù)向影響;戶主民族屬性、家庭人均耕地面積和地區(qū)差異對(duì)耕地是否流轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生顯著正向影響,而戶主年齡、受教育年限和土地流轉(zhuǎn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)認(rèn)知對(duì)耕地是否流轉(zhuǎn)產(chǎn)生顯著的負(fù)向影響。[結(jié)論]土地流轉(zhuǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)了規(guī)模化經(jīng)營(yíng),過(guò)高的土地租金等非物質(zhì)投入是導(dǎo)致耕地流轉(zhuǎn)后經(jīng)濟(jì)效益下降的主要原因,進(jìn)而導(dǎo)致"去糧化"問(wèn)題突出;提高農(nóng)戶家庭農(nóng)業(yè)收入占比、合理配置投入生產(chǎn)要素、加快土地確權(quán)登記有利于提高單位流轉(zhuǎn)耕地經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to study the difference of economic benefits between cultivated land and non-circulation cultivated land from the perspective of farmers' management, and to find out the causes of the difference, so as to provide a reference for improving the benefit of land management and speeding up the land circulation. [Methods] based on the data of household input-output survey, the difference of economic benefits between the cultivated land transferred and the non-circulation cultivated land was studied by means of comparative analysis. By means of multiple linear regression and disposal effect model, the causes of the difference in economic benefits are studied. [Results: after the cultivated land was transferred, the land area was enlarged to some extent, but the output per unit area was decreased. After cultivated land circulation, land rent and other non-material inputs increase, resulting in the unit net income of cultivated land is lower than that of non-circulation cultivated land; The income of cultivated land used to grow cash crops is higher than that of food crops. The proportion of agricultural income to household income and the right to confirm land have a significant positive impact on the economic benefits of the unit cultivated land circulation, while the arable land area has a significant negative impact; The national attribute of the head of household, the area of cultivated land per capita and the regional difference have a significant positive impact on the circulation of cultivated land, while the age of the head of household. Years of education and risk perception of land transfer have a significant negative impact on cultivated land transfer. [Conclusion: the land circulation has realized the large-scale management, the immaterial input such as the excessive land rent is the main reason which causes the economic benefit to decline after the cultivated land circulation, and then causes the problem of "grain removal" prominent; Increasing the proportion of peasant household's agricultural income, allocating the productive factors reasonably, and speeding up the registration of the confirmed land rights will help to improve the economic benefit of the cultivated land transferred by the unit.
